An excellent stay with friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, and a clean room near the station.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located about a 7–10 minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, and there's a convenience store just 2 minutes away, which made everything very convenient.

The staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and delicious food every morning. My room was calm, quiet, and very clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Cons:

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very comfortable stay.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Pros:

Clean and nice area. Great staff. Excellent Japanese breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Laundry room not enough machine. Another problem is that people who used it before you don’t come to check their laundry when it’s finished.

I only wish I could have stayed longer. If I come back to Osaka, I will stay longer to take full advantage of the onsen

Pros:

Practically brand new hotel, super clean, in the evening free soba noodles for those who stay, onsen. Fantastic Japanese breakfast, perhaps the best I've seen iin years. Great value for money..

Cons:

A bit further from the Shin-Osaka station than expected, Rooms are microscopic.

リラックス、出来ました。
Pros:

大浴場も清潔でマッサージチェアーがあり、癒されました。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。
清掃員の方の接客がとても丁寧で、気持ちよくテェックアウト出来ました。

Cons:

宅急便を利用したのですが、用紙ではなくQRコードでした。携帯をお部屋に置いてきていたので再度、携帯を取りに行きました。QRコードの提示を紙でも用紙していただくか事前の説明ごあると良いと思いました。
