Room was very clean. Onsen was amazing. Free icy poles and noodles. Good location if needing to catch something from Shin-Osaka station. Easy check in process. Area felt very safe.

The quiet location , fabulous room and especially the public olsen was very special for me!
Pros:

we did not have breakfast.

Cons:

The location is very handy if you are taking the Shinkansen. However the is more industrial thus few choices of restaurants and shopping to do. But one can always take the train easily.

Nice hotel near Shin Osaka station
Pros:

The location is handy for Shin-Osaka station - close enough to walk but not too noisy. The hotel has a nice feel. We booked a superior room which was comfortable but not much space for luggage. The bathroom was good. We also used the shared steam bath which was relaxing. Breakfast is Japanese style. We also tried the soba noodles in the evening and they were tasty.

It was a little expensive

簡易的な泊まりとしてとても快適でした。
Pros:

フロントから清潔感のある様子で、お部屋までの道なども綺麗でした！
お部屋の中も、ダブルルームを取りましたが、かなり過ごしやすかったです！

Cons:

清掃のタイミングになるとリネン室のドアが前回なので雰囲気が少し悪く見えました。
大浴場も、床なのが濡れてることが多く、頻繁にタオルなど持ってきて拭いて欲しかったです。
