親切 丁寧 安心
Pros:

今回２回目の宿泊になります
ホテル内は清潔で浴場も綺麗に保たれ
朝食のビュッフェも大満足です
ご挨拶も元気に声をかけてくださり
細かな気配りなど素晴らしいです
見習わなければと感じました
チェックイン前の荷物の預かり応対や　
チェックイン後ルームキー施錠
開くことが出来ない際も快く素早く
数回キーの変更をしてくださったり
宿泊する部屋まで一緒に来てくださり
対応していただいたりと大変有難く
次回もまたお世話になりたいです

A great place to stay close to Shin Osaka.
Pros:

Very warm and friendly staff. Professional and helpful. Enough English spoken to make things easy. Room small like most in Japan. A short flat walk to shinakasen station. Excellent breakfast buffet. Lots of
variety. Tempura prawns anyone?

Cons:

Japan hotel rooms are much smaller than most other countries. Pack light!

Amabilidad del personal y Onsen tranquilo
Pros:

La ubicación al lador del tren y la amabilidad del personal de recepción y por supuesto el Onsen que tienen super tranquilo y relajante que ayuda a desconectar despues de estr todo dia recorriendo un pedacito de Japon

Cons:

Quiza algo pequeñas las habitaciones, pero todos los hoteles de Japon eran similares en cuanto a medidas.

Pros:

評価に値するほどのところはない

Cons:

大浴場に2つある浴槽の違いが不明。温度や違いなどあるのかないのか？　　
EVに乗るときにルームキーを使用することを説明された記憶がない。
ルームナンバーはおしゃれにしているが見づらい、デザインよりも見やすさが大事なことのハズ。
事前にエアコンや空気清浄機の清掃をリクエストしたが、フロントでその回答はなかった。
