Pros:

Zona relax con macchina per thè, caffè e dolci confezionati offerti dalla struttura, con tv e bagno comune, ottima per quando arrivi nella fascia oraria in cui stanno pulendo la camera. È possibile mettere il proprio cibo o le proprie bevande nel frigo comune indicando la stanza su post-it presenti in loco in modo che gli altri ospiti sappiano che non è cibo offerto dalla struttura.

Cons:

Servirebbe una migliore insonorizzazione delle pareti e una manutenzione delle porte. La porta della camera sbatteva da chiusa ogni volta che gli ospiti delle stanze vicine aprivano e chiudevano la loro. È capitato di svegliarmi dai rumori (tutti nella norma, nessuno schiamazzo) di chi rientrava nelle altre stanze o passava in strada durante la notte.

Очень понравилась атмосфера: максимально самостоятельное проживание с максимальными удобствами. В общей комнате приема пищи холодильник, кофемашина, тостер, пакетики чая, кофе, сливки, посуда. Предоставили дополнительную простынь укрываться, так как одной было мало. В пешей доступности достопримечательности Валенсии, приятно проживание возле парка.

Muy bien situado , cerca parque ciencias , hemisferic, paradas bus , buena limpieza , servicio café , bollería y agua de cortesía gratuito.

Cons:

No suele haber nadie en la recepción , pero su funcionamiento es más que correcto.

Acogedor y céntrico
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. La habitación grande y funcional. El aire acondicionado se agradecía mucho. Muy limpio.

Cons:

Había varias cosas en el baño rotas. Bastante ruido por la noche del restaurante de abajo al recoger la terraza. Pedí factura de empresa y no me la hicieron bien, al pedir la rectificación no obtuve respuesta...
