¡Una estancia excelente y 100% recomendable!
Pros:

La habitación es impecable y destaca por su limpieza excepcional. La ubicación es inmejorable, situada en una zona muy segura y tranquila, con excelente acceso al transporte público para moverte por la ciudad con total facilidad. María Fernanda, una súper anfitriona responde facilísimo a cualquier duda he indicó todas las indicaciones de manera clara y perfecta desde el primer momento. 10/10

Great for the money
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, and the location was close to one of the main attractions, the Oceanographic.

Cons:

There was only a thin bed sheet to cover with at night, which proved to not be enough due to temperature dropping a bit during our stay.

The open closet had some rough edges which caused me a big scratch on my forearm. I did not expect the furniture to be like this, it should definitely be fixed/replaced to prevent other guests getting hurt.

The pizza restaurant that is located downstairs gets crowdy at night. This can lead to noise that can be heard from the room.

PAs besoin d'aller au NH Palace ou Las Arenas. Tout y est ici.
Pros:

J'adore tout et c'est pour cela que je vous détaille tout.
1/ Organisation : communication et explications via WhatsApp avec des réponses claires et rapides. J'ai adoré le concept du tout numérique : réservation, enregistrement, et des codes pour entrer dans l'hôtel et la chambre. Quel bonheur de ne pas chercher sa carte dans le sac.
2/ logistique : petit complexe de 8 chambres seulement. Tout est neuf, meublé et décorées avec soins. Il y a une belle et grande salle commune permettant à chacun de prendre un café, manger une viennoiserie ou se faire griller un toast. Tout est mis à a disposition gracieusement et j'ai également énormément apprécié les bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo. Le soir, en rentrant dune longue marche depuis la vieille ville, c'est un moment de bonheur. Merci pour ces petites attentions qui font la différence.
La piscine et très belle. On en a profité surtout entre 15 et 18h00 car à l'ombre le reste du temps. L'été ce doit être génial mais en septembre, ça commence à être limite. On a bien profité tout de même.
3/ Chambres : belles, spacieuses et très bonne literie.
4/ Localisation : à 2 pas de la Turia qui permet d'aller a la vieille ville en 20 minutes à pied ou avec des Valenbisi à 50m. A 15 minutes en voiture de la malvarossa et du bon côté pour aller dans la réserve de l'Albufera.
Difficile de se garer en journée mais en rentrant après 23h00, on a toujours eu des places à moins de 50m.

Cons:

Un seul point noir que je soumets à la Direction qui est très attentive au confort de ses hôtes : tous les soirs à minuit et plus le restaurant italien du RDC augmente le son de la musique et ce sont des piles de chaises de terrasse qu'ils faut trainer dans le restaurant. Ce bruit est vraiment désagréable quand vous dormez. Peut être pouvez vous le leur faire remarquer et peut être est-ce uniquement localisé a la chambre 6 uniquement.

Pros:

El cuarto grande, muy cómodo, limpio, fresco, aire acondicionado. Muy buena comunicación con los administradores del hotel. Contestan inmediatamente los mensajes de WhatsApp.

Cons:

Lo que se presenta como alternativa para comer en el desayuno eran croissants, biscochitos, café, chocolate y té. Todo muy bien, pero podría haber algo adicional.

Cómodo, buena localización, recomendable.
Pros:

Lo fácil que es hacer el check in aunque no haya nadie, la localización, lo limpio que estaba todo, tambien acogedor, y nos permitieron dejar la maletas el día del check out hasta tarde. Fueron muy amables.

Super tevreden van het verblijf!
Pros:

De locatie is perfect! Gemakkelijke busverbinding naar het strand + het centrum.
De hygiëne: kamers werden elke dag opgemaakt en proper gemaakt.
Heel toegankelijk, vriendelijk personeel.
Goede airco en waterdruk in de douche.

Cons:

Het bedlaken mocht iets dikker zijn. Was te dun.
We misten wat ruimte om ons spullen te leggen: bv. Een kofferrek of een extra schap om wat spullen op te leggen.

Pros:

Internamente la struttura era nuova Moderna. Camera di buone dimensioni con matrimoniale e terzo letto. Bagno con doccia bello ma senza finestra. Letto comodo. Aria condizionata sottotraccia, senza split. A dieci minuti a piedi dalla città delle scienze. Vicino al giardino dove passava una volta il fiume, molto carino. Il centro è ad una mezz'ora a piedi. Autobus comodo nelle immediate vicinanze.

Cons:

Non vicinissimo al centro. La reception non era sempre presente. Non c'era la colazione ma panificio/bar a pochi passi, ben fornito. Non c'era frigo in camera ma un piccolo in comunione con gli altri ospiti. Non un granché.
