Lack of communication between staff and a carefree attitude when checking in guests leads me to not recommend this hote

It was clean.

Cons:

Location and the service. I waited 15 minutes to check in because nobody was there. I hit the bell several times and nobody came out from the back . Finally, after 15 minutes someone came out to check me in.
No refrigerator in the room for medicine. The manager put my medication in the refrigerator in the back and assured me I would be able to get it back when I was leaving in the morning, the next morning, the staff couldn’t find the medicine for 10 minutes. Terrible service!
