Fijn hotel met ruime, schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Fijn kleiner hotel met ruime kamers voor Japanse begrippen. Netjes schoon en personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Handig dat er een eigen parkeerplaats is. Hotel is makkelijk te bereiken en vlakbij winkels en openbaar vervoer

Great choice for the price!
Pros:

Location is good, close to the station but a little far from the temples / castle. But the hotel rents bikes very easily for 1000 Yen/day, which I really liked. Staff was very friendly and when I asked for a quiet room, arranged it. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. I also liked that it had a full bathtub to relax and an air cleaner, and the lightning in the room was great :)

Cons:

Even though it’s a non-smoking hotel now, I guess you were allowed to smoke in some rooms back in the days. As a sensitive non-smoker, I still smelled old smoke linger. But they put me on the 5th floor when I inquired, and there it was much less! Also, the walls are thin. One of the nights there was a couple coming home late next to me and I could hear them the whole night. The other two nights were quiet though. With thin walls, it always depends on your neighbours whether you’ll have a quiet night or not.

Lovely, spacious, great service & close to amenities.
Pros:

Compared to Tokyo hotels room was very spacious. Excellent service, loved bento breakfast & half hour walk from wondrous Hirosaki Castle. Lots of amenities nearby including Bliss restaurant (amazing pasta) & 3 minute walk from train station. Also try some apple pie in that area

Pros:

Even though the hotel itself look a bit retro but the staff and their service is very good. The room is clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

They said in the room notes that the the temperature of airconditioner cannot be adjusted only the fan volum but it's not a problem for us cause the weather's outside is about 15-18 °c. However they've prepared the electric fan in every room in case it's too hot

Pros:

Location is great, right at the train station. Staff is very polite and friendly. They were also flexible with the mistake I made during booking.

Cons:

Bit older style furniture but it is ok.

賞櫻時可以住宿大空間的房間很幸福
Pros:

雖然不是新的飯店，但是寬敞乾淨，讓人覺得十分的舒適，櫃檯人員很友善，加訂的早餐也很豐富。

Cons:

暖氣稍微強了一點，比較難以控制！

Great location, kind staff, overall great stay
Pros:

Convenient walk from Hirosaki Station. Super kind and helpful staff. We were able to get connecting rooms as requested. The rooms were basic but clean. Fresh towels and coffee at our door every morning as we requested to skip cleaning.

Cons:

The WiFi was extremely slow. There was a strange smell in the lobby. The pillows were too large but when we requested others they brought us some slightly smaller.
