최고위치, 청결함, 친절함.
Pros:

바로 앞이 올레시장이라 너무 좋았고 객실 내부도 너무 청결히 청소도 완벽하게 되어있었습니다. 제주도에서는 5성급에나 설치되어 있는 비데도 설치되어 있어서 20년전부터 아파트에 기본 옵션으로 설치되어 비데 사용이 습관화 되어 있는 수도권 관광객분들께서는 너무 편한하실거고 발코니가 있어 답답하지 않아 너무 좋았습니다. 프론트에서 응대해주시는 남자분, 여자분 모두 너무 친절하셨습니다. 또 예약합니다.

Very comfortable hotel
Pros:

The rooms were massive and extremely comfortable. The location was great, a short walk from restuarants and a short drive from the main attractions. Staff were very friendly also. Great value for money all up.

great stay for value
Pros:

Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, buses, shops, multiple free parking lots. Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Reliable elevator. Good value. Strong a/c. Windows open for fresh air.

Cons:

A/c air dries my throat such that it got sore when sleeping. Would be nice to control humidity better. Towels are a little small but glad staff is generous in amount provided. No washing machines on site; need to walk a few blocks downhill for it. Would've liked a set of instructions / local tips in the room that I thought was standard at hotels. "make up room" button for our room didn't work, but staff still cleaned our room or skipped if we were still present. Family room unit - room with queen size bed has no tv or desk; only room with twin beds does. would've made more sense to me if both rooms has these amenities or just the queen bed room.

커플 가족 누구나 이용하기 적당한 2성급 호텔이었습니다.
Pros:

시내 내부라서 불편하고 시끄러울 줄 알았는데 생각보다 그런거 하나도 없었습니다. 도보로 올레시장 및 번화가에서 즐길 수 있었습니다. 제주도 사정상 조금 습하긴 했지만 에어컨이 작동 잘해서 불편하지는 않았습니다.

Cons:

렌트로 가서 주차 공간이 작으나 바로 앞에 무료 주차장도 있어서 조금 일찍 주차 했다면 불편함은 없었을 듯 합니다. 추자후에 도보로 충분히 저녁시간을 즐길 수 있는 호텔이었습니다.

사장님께서 늦은 체크인에도 매우 친절하셨고, 방컨디션이 너무 좋았어요. 화장대가 있어서 부모님이 너무 좋아하셨구요. 2일 연박 청소해주시는 줄 몰랐는데 다녀오니 깔끔히 청소,정돈 되어있어서 기분이 좋았습니다.
다음에 또 방문할거에요👍🏻

停車位不多但服務人員使命必達一定幫找到停車位，還有代客泊車的服務，服務態度超級讚，以這個價位，這個地點，這個乾淨程度，絕對是來西歸浦住宿最棒的選擇!

Alles! Heerlijke locatie om Seogwipo en omgeving (Hallasan, Jungmun) te ontdekken. In een rustige straat dichtbij de markt, restaurants en culturele straatje. Personeel super aardig en vriendelijk. Parkeren gratis.
