Pros:

Great property, needs a lot of updating. Food needs to be lifted up and some creative food ideas are needed. They don’t even provide hand towels. However it is a great site.

Pros:

Beautiful scenery, royal experience, unconventional hotel stay. I would definitely recommend people visiting jammu to stay here. Book your hotel through internet and avail range of discounts available. The hospitality and staff is excellent.

How expectations can be distroyed
Pros:

Staff very helpful but misguided us by first offering
us rooms without direct view to the garden or river . Room was located along the corridor on ground floor, like a chawl.
Thereafter room offered had such a bad smelling bathroom, regretful.
Would never recommend this hotel to anybody, very sad...very stale interiors of restaurant, rooms, bath , etc.
