Pros:

I would like to emphasize that the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is outdated and in poor condition. My attic room had an unpleasant odor, and I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed.

The location was also disappointing. Without exaggeration, a plane seemed to take off every minute, making it very difficult to rest. As a result, I left in the middle of the night and checked into another hotel.

I paid €220 for one night at Burgerhof, admittedly during Gamescom, but that price is simply unreasonable for the quality of accommodation provided.

Pros:

Die Lage war super, Nähe S16, direkt ein Lebensmittelladen darunter, Bäckerei in der Nähe, Rhein fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Lärm der Straße und des nahegelegenen Flughafens. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hat man jedoch nichts mehr gehört. Leider keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer vermutlich nicht so toll. Ventilator war vorhanden und auf Stufe 1 geräuschlos, also für die Nacht geeignet. Das größte Problem waren die nicht vorhandenen Mückennetze, dadurch hatten wir am ersten Abend 3 große schwarze Spinnen im Zimmer.

Das Zimmer ist Standard, zweckmäßig und sauber, aber durch die Fensteranordnung sehr düster.

Cons:

Für 15,00 € ist das Frühstück äußerst mager. Kein Ei, kein Kuchen, sehr wenig Auswahl. Parkplatz 15€/ Nacht im Hinterhof

Very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. They also provided us with a parking space, which was very convenient. The location was perfect for us, as we were close to where we needed to go. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and everything went really well.

Täglich würde das Zimmer überprüft, ob alles OK war.
