Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to the city center. The staff were very helpful, and communication was always smooth and easy. A really pleasant stay!

Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna, ładnie urządzone pokoje.

Cons:

Niestety tylko powierzchownie było czysto, cudze włosy na kafelkach w łazience, śmierdząca toaleta, brudne i nie doczyszczone meble ( w szczególności warstwy narastającego brudu na listwach przy menlach) brak wody w butelkach, brak sprzątania pokoju w trakcie pobytu.

Zu teuer für das was man bekommt.
Kein Aufzug. Der Parkplatz kostet 15€ pro Nacht, das ist aber ein offener Supermarkt Parkplatz. Stark renovierungsbedürftig. Hellhörige Räume, man hört jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn. Frühstück niemals das Geld wert. Habe noch nie so einen schlechten Kaffee getrunken. Auswahl ist maximal Basic. Persönlicher Check in nur bis 18 Uhr möglich. Die gezeigten Fotos und Bewertungen hier auf der Plattform entsprechen nicht dem Zustand vor Ort.

В номере нет ни кондиционера , ни нормально батареи. В номере было ужасно холодно хотя на улице середина октября , зимой спать только в куртке. Тапочек даже не дали

Hotel bem localizado e com atendimento rápido
Pros:

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, que é fácil de chegar através de "tram". O atendimento da atendente tanto pelo chat do Booking como na recepção foi muito agradável, com explicações rápidas e pontuais. A cama era confortável. Apesar de ter pedido uma cama de casal, foi fornecido duas camas de solteiro encostadas uma a outra, mas foi avisado que dependeria da disponibilidade. Não cheguei a usar o estacionamento do hotel, mas na Schifferstraße (ao lado) é gratuito.

Cons:

O hotel poderia ter informado que caso houvesse o interesse de ir de carro, que em Colônia é preciso do "Umweltplakette" (selo verde) no carro para circular pela cidade (sob risco de multa). O fornecimento dessa etiqueta é feita apenas em dias de semana em oficinas automotivas na cidade, então inviabilizou o uso do nosso carro em Colônia. Entretanto o uso do transporte público é ideal e barato (pouco mais de €9/pessoa para 24 horas de uso ilimitado), devido a pequena quantidade de vagas, então esse problema acabou sendo tolerável.

Gute Preis-Leistung
Pros:

- Sauberes, modernes Zimmer
- Ruhige Lage nah am Rhein und direkt neben einem Nahkauf
- Bequeme Betten
- Gutes Frühstück mit leckeren Brötchen
- Freundliches Personal

Cons:

- Geräusche und Licht unter der Tür vom Flur
- keine direkte Anbindung an die City
- Toll wäre noch ein Wasserkocher und Tassen

Für eine Übernachtung prima - würde ich wieder buchen
Pros:

- Perfekte Lage für unseren Aufenthalt, da beide Veranstaltungsorte vom Hotel aus mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar waren
- sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal
- Parkplatz konnte unkompliziert dazugebucht werden
