The location was perfect for my needs and parking available
Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival.
Clean bedding and a well ventilated room.
The decor is a little tired and in need of updating.
Very small en suite though it sufficed.
The location was great and the lady on reception on arrival was very friendly. The reception decor was nice.
The room was very dated, and just didn’t feel welcome , not what I was expecting for the price. Exposed extension leads, dusty room, odd mismatched (not in a good way) furniture, worn wallpaper. The bedding was nice and fresh but the bed slopped on one side and wasn’t comfortable. Shower room was what you get if staying in a caravan, cramped and dated and plastic. I was really disappointed.
Staff were friendly polite and welcoming
The property was clean but tired
Could do with an upgrade
It would be better described as a B& B not a hotel
Location and they did put me next door to my daughter as requested
Lovely decorated rooms
Small carpark have stayed many years ago and different lay out.
Room 14 had no heating . I did ask and they said 10 mins. It didnt heat up. Noisy bedroom window when wind blew.
The bathroom in room 15 was freezing. Extractor vent was blowing in a draught.
Towel rail didnt heat up.
Lovely decorated rooms but the bed in room 15 although lovely was big for the room size.
Beds great. Room on point. Staff helpful. Great breakfast
Other guests. Doors being closed loudly. I'm a very light sleeper
Staff very friendly, location good.
Room key would not lock on inside room so security issue, electric shower leaking water when on and was 92db (risk of damage to ears over 85db), tv remote missing from room, sink was blocked.
The friendly check in staff welcomed us and we had room 1 twin double beds with microwave and kettle, tv and tea making items. They also let us leave the car so we could go into the city next day after check out until about 1600.
Breakfast was very good served by Robert who did a great job. Great price
The shower room was small but everything was clean and friendly, sadly no bar.

Rooms In need of an update
When we were flooded out of our home we were pleased to find this comfortable convenient local hotel with it's friendly helpful staff. We had a large room with an enormous bed and en-suite. We are grateful to all the staff.
Need to run the hot water for a while to get it hot but it is an old house with character.

Shower head was broken and falling off. Plumbing needs work. Room was cold but on the second night the staff brought in a space heater!
Location close to Bickley station to head into London, area is nice too, very quiet. Good size room, bath big enough for 2, comfy bed.
Bathroom was very cold, seems the radiator didn't work but as it was a 2 night stay, didn't bother to mention it
Accommodation was comfortable and clean . Facilities good . Few guests when we stayed . One guest noisy in the early hours.
Breakfast was OK but a bit haphazard . You had to order it the day before for a specific time and it was delivered to your table in one instance with a knock at the door telling you it (hot cooked breakfast) was waiting for you!
