Haus und Küche bieten viel mehr, als man erwartet, wenn man von der Strasse abbiegt.
Pros:

Die Hostellerie hat enorm viel Charme, zum Teil ist sie eingerichtet wie ein Heimatmuseum und die alten Häuser wurden sehr sorgfältig und stimmig renoviert. Die Wirtin und das ganze Familienteam sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Menues im Restaurant sind fantasievoll (z.B. ein Nesselflan als Antipasto) und fein. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben und danken dem ganzen Team nochmals herzlich - hoffentlich finden wir den Weg ins wildromantische Val Savaranche wieder mal!

Ho soggiornato recentemente in questa struttura nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso e, purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata al di sotto delle aspettative, specialmente per quanto riguarda il servizio clienti.
​Mancanza di flessibilità nonostante un'allerta meteo che prevedeva oltre 60 cm di neve, rendendo gli spostamenti rischiosi e complicati, la direzione non mi è venuta incontro per spostare la data del pernottamento anche dopo essere stati contattati da booking stesso. In una zona di montagna, ci si aspetterebbe una maggiore comprensione e buonsenso di fronte a condizioni climatiche così. All'interno della camera il Wi-Fi era praticamente inesistente. Al giorno d'oggi, specialmente in zone dove la ricezione cellulare può essere ballerina, una connessione funzionante dovrebbe essere il minimo garantito.

Pros:

La cortese attenzione e cordialità dello staff. Camera grande e comoda con servizio bevande calde a disposizione.
Cena tipica nel ristorante con ottime proposte. Non ci é mancato nulla.

Ho soggiornato in questo meraviglioso casa-hotel in montagna e posso dire di aver vissuto una vera e propria favola. Un luogo incantevole, curato in ogni dettaglio, immerso in una posizione splendida che regala un panorama semplicemente stupendo, capace di togliere il fiato a ogni sguardo.
La colazione è stata un’esperienza a sé: ricca, accurata e strabuonissima, con prodotti di qualità preparati con grande attenzione. Tutto contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera calda, rilassante e indimenticabile. Un posto che resta nel cuore e in cui tornerei senza esitazione.
Pulizia, ordine e premure distinguono l’ambiente. Gente che non si trova più, selezionata accuratamente per far soggiornare gli ospiti in maniera stupenda: attenzioni vere che procurano relax. Parcheggi e spazi adeguati!
