It was in a convenient location

Cons:

The pool was in bad shape. It hadn’t been cleaned in a couple of days.. The air conditioner made so much noise you couldn’t sleep.

We always enjoy staying here, but very disappointed about the pool and the lack of consideration about letting us know o
Pros:

we liked the room, very nice and spacious, loved the beds and very nice bathroom. Very clean

Cons:

The pool was not available, it was green and being cleaned. We were very disappointed as we had 4 children with us and was looking for forward to swimming. They should have sent a message letting us and everyone else know the pool would not be available so we could decide if we wanted to make other arrangements and not be charged a cancellation fee.
Also, the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor for ice.

Good location, rooms were clean and tasty breakfast
Pros:

Good location, new and fresh looking modern house. The interior and rooms, including bed linen were clean. There were polite employees. Enough parking spaces. With a quite wide choice and tasty breakfast. Wasn't the most affordable, but the quality ratio was still decent.

Cons:

Overall ok. Nothing special to remember.

Great location to Catoosa High School for the State Track Meet.
Pros:

The suite was amazingly LARGE! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Pros:

The room was very nice and love the area for 2 suitcases to fit. Also the bed was comfortable. The room temperature was perfect, the most comfortable environment of any hotel I have slept. The staff were super friendly. Lorie went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Cons:

My rating score was average because of one major factor. The breakfast buffet. We arrived at 7:30 am, the decaf coffee was empty. I got regular coffee and it was cold. Had a cheese omelet, sausage, diced potatoes. None of the food was hot, on fact it was COLD. Could have been a perfect experience except for the fact the breakfast was inedible cold
However, the room , and staff were so great that I am booking a room on my return home. Perfect room and hospitality, I can eat a muffin for breakfast.
