Pros:

Nervige online Anmeldung, KI die abschaltet und das bei Booking gelobte Frühstück gab es bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht, es war die 12€ nicht wert,

Wäre es unpersönlich mag und niemand erreichen möchte ist hier genau richtig.
Pros:

Es war sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt niemanden den man ansprechen kann. Ein Parkplatz der großzügig beim Hotel ist kann nicht genutzt werden, weil er für die Mitarbeiter ist. Wäre der voll gewesen wäre, kann ich das ja verstehen. Aber so ist es reine Unfähigkeit. Der Wagen muss abseits geparkt werden.
Hinter einer Rechnung, auf die Firma ausgestellt, renne ich seit dem auschecken hinterher. Reagiert keiner. Ich finde es gut dass es Menschen gibt, bei dem Hotel gibt es die leider nicht. Es gibt nicht mal eine Telefonnummer sich zu beschweren oder eine E-Mail-Adresse. Willkommen in der Servicewüste!

Alles Top, aber immer darauf achten, dass das Handy aufgeladen ist.
Pros:

War alles OK. Ich fand es gut, dass alles digitalisiert ist und vor allen Dingen auch funktioniert.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt ein Tisch und ein Stuhl, wenn man morgens seinen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer trinken möchte.

Super spannendes Hotel, welches komplett App gesteuert ist. Also kein Empfang, kein Zimmerschlüssel. Alles wird über eine App geöffnet, ein- oder ausgeschaltet, Vorhänge auf- oder zu gefahren, Licht bedient.
Für Technik Fans und Begeisterte ein MUSS!
Das erklärt natürlich den günstigen Preis, da Personal eingespart wird.
Leider hatten wir das Glück (wir haben es mit Humor genommen) einen Serverabsturz in der Nacht zu erleben. Richtig, dann geht gar nichts mehr. Das Personal war super bemüht, freundlich und wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht und bekamen sogar die Suite.
Die Nacht wurde erstattet und das Frühstück auch.
Wie geschrieben, wir haben es mit Humor genommen, waren aber doch erschrocken darüber, was passiert wenn man sich komplett auf Technik verlässt, nicht nur aufs Hotel bezogen, sondern allgemein gesehen.
Ahaus selber ist ein süßes unaufgeregtes Städtchen mit sehr liebenswerten Menschen. Wir sind ungeplant ins Bezirksschützenfest im Schlosspark gelandet, welches nocht enden wollte wunderbar! Alle Grünanlagen sehr gepflegt, wunderschön.
Das Unbrexit nicht zu vergessen! Hier kann mann super essen und trinken, hier gibt es auch leckeres Frühstück. HopHouse mit Fish and Chips.... lecker!
Informiert euch, ladet die APP runter, lest JEDE Mail und lasst euch drauf ein! Wir sind um eine Erfahrung reicher und haben es nicht bereut.
Ach so, im Unbrexit wird natürlich auch alles über die App bestellt und gleich bezahlt. Spannend
