Alles gesagt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für unser Anliegen ( Konzertbesuch ) vollkommen okay.
Das Frühstück war für den geringen Preis absolut in Ordnung.
Auch die Hilfe bei der online Buchung "Frühstück" war gut.

Cons:

Wir waren das erste Mal in einem Hotel, in dem alles nur über die App funktionierte ( Licht / Jalousien etc. ).
Man muss sich wohl an dieses Handling gewöhnen, uns sind aber Menschen, die man ansprechen kann immer noch lieber.
Einem Saugroboter kann ich schlecht ein Trinkgeld geben.

Ganz nett. Wenn man die kleinste Banalität mit dem Handy erledigen will: Das Paradies
Pros:

klassische gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, tolles Pub zum Essen, bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

überdigitalisiert, keine Rezeption. Es klappt z.B. nicht, nachträglich der Hotelrechnung eine Rechnungsanschrift beizufügen. Der PKW wird nicht abgerechnet (positiv für den Gast), der kleinste Vorgang an den Türen oder im Zimmer erfordert die App (Ausnahmen: Toilette und Wasserhähne funktionieren klassisch), der Notfallplan (Display im Vorraum) leuchtet die ganze Nacht das Zimmer hell. Fenster können wg des blockierenden Rolladenkastens nicht geöffnet werden.

Zentrale Lage, jederzeit gern wieder.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen und gut zu Händeln. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und großzügig.das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wer nicht scheu vor der Technik ist …dann ist es perfekt.

Nichts, lediglich die Lage war ok.

Cons:

Im Haus ist ein Partyraum, bis 4.00 Uhr morgens hämmerten Bässe durch die Wände, schlafen ausgeschlossen, erst nachdem wir die Polizei informiert haben, würde es irgendwann Ruhe. Alles komplett digital, keine Telefonnummer, keine Notfallnummer, keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer von innen zu verriegeln. Um 4.20 Uhr stand ein Mann bei uns im Zimmer. Unterirdisch und gefährlich. Geht gar nicht, er hatte das Zimmer von aussen üb r die App entriegelt, wie auch immer so was geht, könnte uns keiner erklären. Keine Rückmeldung. Werden die Polizei einschalten. So was geht gar nicht. Wir sind absolut entsetzt.NIE WIEDER. Kann nur dringend von einer übernachtung im Brexit abraten!!!??!

In fact I had cancelled the reservation couple day prior to the booking date. However, I can't reach out to anyone else (I mean a real person) to claim for a refund. The hotel charged me 3 full nights. I'm even not able to contact them until today.
