Cons:

Visited in the beginning of July and the elevator was broke and it’s August and the elevator is still broke and the wait time for only one elevator is long and it’s hard to going down 5 flights of stairs with a lot of luggage.

Pros:

It was fairly clean

Cons:

The elevators were broken, we continually had to go outside to use the stairs (dirty/dusty with spider webs through). We were afraid that if a fire broke out we would be trapped. The next day there were other guests stating that they are afraid that they would die in the event that a fire broke out. The room was hot even though we adjusted the air temperature to 68 it continued to remain 76 degrees. Every time we went to the lobby to speak with the staff member there were always a line.
