Old building, needs updating, and should be considered 2 star not 3 star hotel
Pros:

Free laundry, kitchen in suite

Cons:

Building is old and bathrooms need updating. Hallways were hot and smelt musky/old. Maybe the smoking side of the building from back in the day. Doors were heavy and loud when you close them. Front desk lady was abrupt and not as professional

The room was very spacious and the amenities were as described. I enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. The bed was beyond comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived

Cons:

The staff was very efficient and kind but maybe lacked being personable very little was I met with direct eye contact of any sort. The breakfast tasted like chemicals (eggs) and the fruit was frozen so watery. But had other options like cottage cheese and muffins and fresh apples

La habitación muy amplia y muy completa, limpia, el desayuno muy bueno muy variado

Cons:

La piscina está sucia bastante estuve hace un año y estaba tan limpio h bonito todo, la chica del social no fue amistosa.

Trinity at front desk
Pros:

I stay at this hotel very frequently, and Trinity at the front desk is always incredibly welcoming, professional, and accommodating. She consistently greets guests with a warm smile and goes out of her way to be helpful.

Trinity truly knows how to make the guest experience feel comfortable and pleasant. Her positive attitude, kindness, and attention to detail make a noticeable difference every time I stay here. It is rare to come across someone who provides such genuine customer service.

If only everyone had Trinity’s attitude and level of hospitality, every hotel stay would be a great experience.

Las suites son amplias, con cocina completa y bien dotada, baño amplio y con artículos de aseo completos, aseado y confortable. El hotel es muy tranquilo y bien ubicado. El personal es muy servicial y los desayunos son deliciosos y abundantes. La actividad de integración social en las tardes me encantó también…

Cons:

Podrían tener un cobertor más sencillo para el verano y así no tener que bajar tanto la temperatura del cuarto en las noches.
