Navruz Hotel

The service is this hotel was EXCELLENT!!! Their staff was helpful in EVERY way possible. The rooms were clean, complimentary drinks in the mini bar, good amenities, 24 hour bar service, excellent buffet breakfast. No complaints. Very enjoyable stay!

Our room in this Hotel was simple but functional and clean. We had a quiet night and slept well as no noises from the outside came to our ears. The people at the reception were friendly and efficient. A bag we forgot in the lobby was kept under custody and returned to us unharmed - this act of honesty was appreciated very much and of course raised our esteem and overall satisfaction with the Hotel to a high level.

Great hotel for a short stay in Tashkent. Stayed in Sept and booked a superior king room - it was large, modern, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Bottles of water were replenished everyday and breakfast was nice - there was a good selection. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There’s an ATM by reception and a 24h bar for drinks.

The hotel gives a feeling of peace and tranquility, probably because it’s located in a little cul-de-sac off of the main road. It’s also about a 5-8 mins walk to one of the many “must see” metro stations in Tashkent: Bodomzor (although in order to get there you have to go back on yourself and cross the road at the traffic lights - you can’t just jaywalk your way there).
Overall the hotel is well located and is easy to find for taxi drivers (Yandex, etc). Would definitely stay again.

Large hotel with little personality. Not suitable for vacationing but good for a business trip

I like thos property clean and looking new. However out side noisy of traffic spund ketp on bottering me. Also there is no draws for my stuffs in the room.

Good hotel, nice lobby bar with food available very late at night, comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, easy to get a cab to anywhere else in the city.

Very nice boutique hotel.

This is quite a busy hotel and it looks like many of their customers are people who are visiting Uzbekistan for business. The location isn't great and there aren't restaurants near the hotel. Thankfully there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves excellent italian food.

We dined at the restaurant twice, and the staff (a young boy) at their restaurant provided us with great service.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. We are happy with our room, which we find to modern and tastefully renovated. One grouse is that the heater in our room was somehow not warm enough.. (The heater in the shower is much better).

Breakfast was a huge buffet spread. Business was good and they don't seem to have enough spare seats for guests as some had to share tables for breakfast..

I stayed for four nights and would like to thank all the staff for their helpful and attentive service. The place is clean and has a small bar with very good service.
Breakfast is nice and has many options of food. If you cannot find something just ask, and they will bring

道渡って前には国立銀行があり、両替出来ます。
朝食が豪華で毎日変わります。

Staying here was an excellent experience. As an American, the process was very easy and the staff spoke good English. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful beyond most western hotels I have stayed at, and the pool area is excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Alina, Norbol, and Azziz were especially helpful.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was good and helpful. The cleaning personnel was good always busy cleaning the facility. Special thanks to Gulya from cleaning personnel , she was always attentive and supplying enough water in the room. Breakfast was ok , getting kind of boring and repetitive in a little while. They need to add more breakfast items, like breakfast croissants, eggs Benedict etc.

The Navruz Hotel is in a great location on a side street but close to metro and a few restaurants (can recommend Siesta restaurant!). Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need including kettle, fridge, bottled water, blackout curtains, toiletries, hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bed linen. Bathroom of the room we stayed in was small with shower cubicle only, no bath, but was clean and modern with good water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard day's sightseeing and I particularly enjoyed having a cappuccino or two at breakfast. The young male receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name but he seemed to work 24/7) spoke excellent English and was helpful and efficient.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Behind the Radisson Blu hotel close to Bodomzor Metro station and Amir Temur road. Very good breakfast. Nice modern rooms, good WiFi,
TV with English News channels,comfortable beds and minibar with some free soft drinks. Kettle tea and coffee. Nice pool and pool area. Very good stay and arranged an Airport transfer on our arrival.

Overall it’s a nice and small hotel, good for a short stay, but definitely needs some improvements. What they need to do asap is to hire new housekeepers. They don’t do their job right and don’t supply with fresh towels, soap etc. One day they left me with an open water bottle half emptied. Breakfast was good, they need to teach their waiters how to smile though. Pillows are hard as hell. Nice pool and patio area. Overall it wasn’t bad for a price.

Very nice hotel, well priced. Location is awesome and the metro is just walkable distance from the hotel

The hotel has newly renovated rooms and so every bit is spic and span

The breakfast served does not have many vegetarian options but it’s quite manageable with fruits and dry fruits.

Wi-Fi enabled and it’s pretty quick

I stayed her a few nights and thought the hotel was lovely. This a small boutique hotel with all the amenities you’ll want. Swimming pool. Bar/restaurant. Clean room with all the little amenities you could think of including a toothbrush. Complimentary water. Plenty of hot water in the shower. And the breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve experienced. Great value for what you are provided.
