The breakfast croissants

Cons:

Breakfast is underwhelming and the same every day, I recommend not prepaying it and even then, only if you really like having breakfast in the hotel.
Plenty of establishments nearby serving good food. A few doors down is a restaurant open 23 hours a day with an English tablet menu, which I would recommend instead.

Fantastic stay near Ueno
Pros:

The location is fantastic, close to several subway/train stations. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and more around. The room was spacious for Tokyo standards, and really comfortable. All the bath products were really good. They had the best sleepwear ever!
The staff was friendly, helpful and really nice. The hotel also has several convenient services like luggage transport, storage, washing machines, vending machines, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will come back whenever we are in Tokyo.

Cons:

There are only two washing machines for the entire hotel, so it can be difficult to do your laundry if you are in a rush or short on time. However, the hotel staff can help when people forget their laundry inside the washing machine, as the machine is locked and no one else can use it otherwise.

Best place for first timers
Pros:

Very good location, close to the Shin-Okachimachi station, and Ueno station is within walking distance, both will take you everywhere in Tokyo. Kombini’s are nearby and there’s also a Sukiya if you want a late night meal. Staff is also very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Room is small but just ok for a couple. Air-conditioning isn’t cold despite being set to 19c.

Hotel comodo e accogliente!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la dimensione della camera leggermente più grande rispetto lo standard di Tokyo!

Cons:

Purtroppo il livello di pulizia è stato deludente. Al nostro arrivo la camera era visibilmente sporca e non igienizzata adeguatamente. Inoltre gli asciugamani erano vecchi e troppo piccoli!

早餐擁擠，其餘設施、服務、位置都很好
Pros:

位置很好，雙人房大小同個價位下比APA大，離車站很近，旁邊又有市場、便利商店還有24H牛丼，走去阿美橫也只要12分鐘左右，飯店員工都很有禮貌、服務也很好，房間清潔以及設備都很好，還有投幣洗衣機。

Cons:

早餐因為位置不多，人多的情況下，體驗會比較差。

Pros:

la vista era pazzesca, stile moderno e molto confort. le camere potrebbero essere spolverate di più ma alla fine è stato un bel soggiorno

Cons:

il prezzo è abbastanza alto, quindi non mi aspetto errori alla reception, la ragazza ci ha detto che dovevamo pagare la camera quando il saldo era già stato fatto sull’applicazione e per questo errore abbiamo aspettato 20 min all’ingresso senza spiegazioni.
