L'emplacement, les équipements, pouvoir ouvrir les valises facilement dans la chambre

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner.
Très peu de choix, vraiment ridicule.
Il y a du curry mais pas de riz, "buffet" dans dans assiettes en carton.
C'était tellement minable qu'on a préféré manger dehors alors qu'on avait payé pour tout le séjour

Quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable and relatively quiet. We slept very well here. Close to local station with a combini nearby on the corner. If you’d like a very well kept budget to mid level hotel away from the crowds of the busy Tokyo areas I can recommend this one. It’s just a 10 minute walk down the road to Ueno for markets, shops and restaurants and Tokyo crowds. When I arrived at the hotel to check in my requests I’d made via booking.com were all taken care of to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you ICI hotel. We enjoyed staying with you. If I’m ever in Tokyo in the future I will definitely consider booking in with you again.

Good but not great value for money.
Pros:

Decent hotel, clean, good wifi, great shower & bathroom, location as announced, 7/11 very close by.

Cons:

Small room size, breakfast looked limited and crowded (so we didn't have it), loud street (I like to sleep with open window), closest metro station is not exactly a major hub, that one (Ueno) is about 12 minutes away. Price we paid upfront was quite a lot higher than if we had booked on the moment we arrived (always frustrating).
