Excellent pricing, truly helpful staff, and overall great location.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful whenever my friend and I had any needs or questions. Incredibly accommodating to holding our luggage post-check out so we could enjoy Ueno/Tokyo before leaving for Hakuba.

Cons:

The bathrooms are very compact, but it didn't really hurt our experience overall.

Great location, friendly staff and comfy room!
Pros:

The location is really good, right around the corner from the subway and just over 10mins to Ueno station. The staff were always very friendly and hospitable. Coin laundry available as well as breakfast. Nice and light room too. Great value for money!

Cons:

Bed is a little stiff but that is the only complaint to an otherwise amazing stay.

Good, but not great.
Pros:

Spacious room, good connection to subway lines. Clean, well organized. We had a huge bed!

Cons:

Our check in process was subpar, with receptionists barely speaking a word to us even though we noticed later that their English was very good. The rooms need an update.

Pros:

Comfortable rooms, clean, quiet, great location, great value for what i paid. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the room layout was annoying because there's no space to put your suitcase.
