Disappointed but not surprised.
Pros:

It was close to other things. In the morning, manager was very kind and allowed a late check in.

Cons:

The TV didn’t work and when I asked the front desk she was so confused and told me to unplug/replug the tv. Front desk service overall was mediocre. The phone did not work. The rug was like damp???? I don’t know, weird. Overall just not a great stay and for the price.

Had the property been as advertised it would’ve been great, very disappointed.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent even though a lot of the machines were malfunctioning.

Cons:

It was extremely loud in the hotel room all day and night. Staff left bags of trash by elevator for the entire stay while we were there. The pool is rusted and not clean. For the price paid, I expected a more comfortable and relaxing stay. Would not recommend to others when there are other options nearby.

Pros:

Hot Breakfast was very good with many options. Fresh coffee 24 hours round the clock.
Handicap room very spacious with very large bathroom, 3 grab bars at the toilet and 3 in the shower.

Cons:

mattress was just a little soft. carpet is harder for the wheelchair.
