Nos asignaron el ático que no tenía casi iluminación ni ventilación. El apartamento tenía un ruido terrible constante del ascensor que corría durante toda la noche, pasamos un par de muy malas noches. Aparte de esto, se sentía un olor permanente como a construcción. Fatal. Lo bueno es que está súper bien ubicado.

We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares

property owner is not accommodating at all. I ask to stay one extra night, and he refused just out of his ass.

Everything we needed in Modena for a good price. On a quiet street but centrally located. The hotel had what we needed and check in through What’s App was easy.

Raramente ho avuto una comunicazione così efficace con un host: tutte le informazione di cui ho avuto bisogno (parcheggio, accesso alla struttura, check-in/check.out, ecc.) sono sempre state fornite con precisione e puntualità.

The room was very clean, recently renovated. It took me a while to get over that we were on the top floor with one window by our bed and one in the washroom that was only about 3 feet by 4 feet. There was a window by the kitchen, regular size, but it had bars on it because the elevator was there. I am not sure what kind of fire codes they have in Modena. Other than that, we loved the location. When we arrived we were met by Chiara. She was very nice and gave us her cell number to text or call if we needed anything. She was so helpful! I would definitely recommend this property, just ask for a room with a proper window.

Other than the photos making the apartment look better than we felt it was we had a nice stay. Everything clean and as you'd expect, good facilities and was available at short notice. Quite expensive for what it is, but then I don't think there is a huge supply in Modena so not a complaint.

The location is great - quiet neighbourhood yet only a couple of minutes to the Piazza Grande (centre of the old town). The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Great bed and bedding. Soundproof windows as well. Paola who checked me in was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The cleaning crew (a group of hard-working Italian ladies) were also helpful anytime one asked for something. I HIGHLY recommend Emila Studios.

La struttura si trova a un quarto d'ora dalla stazione molto vicina al Duomo e al centro città. La camera è molto pulita e funzionale.

Very well located. Walking distance to main streets.
Very clean.
No working elevator.
Nomworking air conditioning and hot water was limited.

Supertrevlig värd som mötte upp oss! Väldigt centralt läge. Lägenheten var super fräsch.
