Pleasant reception desk staff & breakfast lady. Room was clean.
Pros:

Near airport with free shuttle.

Cons:

Maybe insulation not good because I couldn’t sleep on first night stay. Heavy footsteps & pounding sounds on floor above us bet 12midnight & 2A. Staff informed me on 2nd night of our stay there would be no occupant above us. Whew!

We were not impressed with the breakfast. You need real oatmeal please, and a non dairy choice for milk. You needs more choices that cater to seniors, like non sweet cereals, healthy choices.

It was a comfortable easy in easy out one night stay after my flight.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport, airport shuttle, coffee /water available all the time, also on my side of the building it was very quiet

Nice staff and clean!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and respectful. The hotel was very clean and up to date.

Cons:

It is unfortunate that the hotel is so close to Highway 84. A light sleeper like me has trouble sleeping with the constant 24/7 traffic noise.

Staff was amazing!
Pros:

The staff was amazing when booking. Com screwed up our reservation. They made sure we were still able to stay.

Cons:

The pool is the size of a postage stamps and the interior design colors are awful.
