We will always book this property for future trips to Boise.
Pros:

Arrived at midnight due to flight change. Two guys at check-in were unbelievably helpful and kind!! All of the staff at this property were exemplary ... super friendly. Additionally, the size of our room and large bathroom were wonderful.

Said it all.
Pros:

Breakfast was meager. Sandwich ham and scrambled eggs with a few other items. Called to get info on how to get more channels on TV. Clerk said that he was new and would contact the manager. No help there. The tv channel accessibility sucks. Need to simplify it. Finally found more on my own. But it wasn't easy. Thank you for asking. We come north and back twice a year and usually stay at the same hotels. Changed it up do to pricing. But we won't be back.

Will stay again
Pros:

Even though it's near the airport, our room was quiet. We appreciated the many exterior entrances so that we didn't have to go through the lobby. Breakfast was very good.

Pros:

Fresh baked cookies was a plus, easy to get to, clean

Cons:

Housekeeping team was slow. We actually had to wait in the lobby at one point to wait for them to finish tidying our room (when all we asked for was a made bed and fresh towels). Asked to have a drawer fixed in the room that never happened. A/C unit was very loud and ran constantly. It was distracting when trying to sleep.

Just Okay, nothing worth highlighting
Pros:

The Good: The included breakfast was decent and location was good for our needs. Staff were friendly and courteous, and there is ample parking around the building.

Cons:

The Bad: We reserved a room with 1 king bed, but it felt like a queen size to me. Not a big deal. However, when we needed the AC, it was not cooling well, and was making a terrible noise so we had to turn it off. No way we could sleep with it running, and unfortunately, no maintenance staff on site in the middle of the night.

Lastly, the bathroom. The room we were given must have been an ADA-compliant room because the shower had hand rails everywhere. Most notably the shower had no real barrier below the shower curtain to block any splashing on the floor. Reminded me of a hospital shower. Needless to say, one shower caused half the bathroom to have a wet floor. Oh, and the toilet. This thing flushed like a Boeing airliner. Quick, Powerful, Loud. REALLY loud. You're not going to be discreet using this toilet the middle of the night, that's for sure! Definitely not a room I would want again.
