Lugar maravilhoso, uma vista panorâmica das quedas maravilhosa, funcionários muito prestativos. Poderiam melhorar a área da piscina que é bem antiga e fechada.

Pros:

Hotel ótimo, com atividades na piscina aquecida, quartos impecáveis, café da manhã excelente, além de ter acesso ao parque das quedas, um show a parte na região.

O hotel muito bom todos os quartos foram projetados de frete para as quedas, a comida boa, mas o atendimento dos garçons deixa muito a desejar é quase um suplício pra atender e quando atende não traz, é único item negativo o resto é tudo 10

Vista do quarto é um diferencial. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã saboroso e variado, refeições no hotel bem preparadas e com valores justos. Voltaria e recomendo! A visita ao parque das quedas também vale a pena!

Hotel muito bom. Funcionários muito prestativos. Confortável. Local de natureza exuberante. Vista muito bonita. No entanto em todo lugar inserido na natureza tem o inconveniente dos insetos, pernilongos, mais nada que um bom repelente não resolva.

O Hotel está localizado num lugar maravilhoso com uma vista linda das quedas. O quarto de fronte das quedas é sensacional. O atendimento muito bom. O jantar também foi ótimo. O wi-fi um pouco fraco no quarto.

Excelente local e estadia. Dou nota 9 ao hotel em todos os quesitos. Quarto com vista para as quedas. Só a Tv poderia ter sky pelo preço pago pela estadia. Não tinha premier e não puder assistir ao campeonato. Essa é a única queixa.

Pros:

Tive apenas um problema: os preços a pagar não coincidiam com os combinados na reserva da Expedia.
O gerente resolveu, com minha apresentação da reserva, mas acho que há uma falha aí.
Na reserva fiz uma opção, oferecida pela Expedia, de dividir o pagamento das diárias. Dividi em 4x na reserva para a Expedia.
Lá paguei dividindo em 2 parcelas.
Fiquei com a dúvida se serei cobrado 2 vezes.
