The room gets a B but desk staff at night gets an F

I arrived at 4am and the desk person told me that she could not check me in and that I had to wait 30 minutes because of an audit. She then informed me that my reservation had been cancelled and it was without my knowledge. When I refuted her response she left to speak with a manager then returned and began to put me in a room with no explanation. She was rude

Très bon hotel, avec emplacement et confort top mais je doute de leur fiabilité en raison de multiples incidents concern

Propreté, confort, emplacement parfait à coté de l’aéroport et de Manhattan Beach

Cons:

Erreur au cours du sejour où l’hotel a essayé de me prélever une seconde fois le montant total de la reservation, ce qu’ils ont corrigé après réclamation.
La caution était de 100 USD, et ils m’ont remboursé que 50 USD pour les « frais de parking » pour deux nuits. Ce dont ils ne m’avaient pas prévenu.

Overall, a pleasant hotel with a few drawbacks. The property is welcoming, with a nice lobby and friendly service. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

Everything closed at 10pm. Food options and pool. The following morning, the coffee shop stopped serving at 10am. I can understand a weeknight but we stayed on a weekend and nothing was open late.
