The room so spacious

Cons:

- There is a part of bathroom that was not clean when I was checking in
- I booked for non smoking room however I found out that on Mar 10, 2026 that there is someone smoking in other rooms (I guess) as resulted I couldn't sleep till morning (the smoking odor happened at 1:26 AM) and at that time I called lobby to have someone to check however the security couldn't find where the smoking odor coming from. It's really bad experience for that night, while the remaining nights are relatively ok

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Property needs maintenance. 2 floor needs repair on the carpet. While going to our room we could smell a big odor of marijuana which was unpleasant. Someone threw up on the elevator.

Staff were helpful and kind. Room had a pleasing atmosphere and appearance.

Cons:

The toilets weren’t completely cleaned, the seats and the base of the toilet had residue on it. The ac did not stay on all night and caused disruption to our sleep. There was delay when it came to certain requests.

Ok could have been great
Cons:

It did not offer what booking stated I would have Ie. A refrigerator and a microwave. The toilet seat wasn’t clean well. When I asked house keeping for cleaning supplies to clean the toilet while she was cleaning other rooms she had no cleaning supplies. Front desk requested house keeping to bring me cleaning supplies which they never showed up. I had to go out and buy my owe.

Bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Phoning the front desk for information or service was difficult as often no one ever answered. The wifi failed for hours at a time, very frustrating when trying to do business. Terribly poor selection of TV channels. Hotel was expensive for the poor service.
