Bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast was good.
Phoning the front desk for information or service was difficult as often no one ever answered. The wifi failed for hours at a time, very frustrating when trying to do business. Terribly poor selection of TV channels. Hotel was expensive for the poor service.

Overall the hotel was great. The room very spacious. The bathroom was huge too. Staff were friendly the whole stay.
Our only complaint was that our coffee machine was missing a piece so we were not able to use it.

I checked in at 940pm after a 20 hour flight from Thailand. All I wanted was to take a shower and go to bed. I was informed at check in that the water would be shut off at 10pm until 4am. Then I found out that it was pushed to 11pm until 5am. I feel that it was very unfair to have to pay full price for a room when I was not able to shower or use any water for that time period when I booked the room so far in advance. I was told that a discount was not possible because I booked it through a 3rd party.. Booking.com....
Im very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not sure if I will ever use Booking. Com I the future for this reason.
They double charged me for my stay even when I was in there
Room was ok and modern. Mattress was comfortable. Has all the amenities.
Our refrigerator did not work, the shower doesn’t have a door so the cold air gets in, our room didn’t get serviced the next morning so no fresh towels or individual amenities. The communal shower gel was empty by the second day- again due to the room not being serviced. We stepped out and returned to the room the same way we left it. There was no privacy or any sign on the door to indicate them no to service the room.

More weights in gym, not enough weight on the free weights on rack. 30 lbs was the max, should add up to 45 lbs at least
