Pros:

Love the pool! Great for the kids, hot and cold pool. Nice vibe. Good clean rooms

Cons:

Further from airport than expected. I thought there was a shuttle but took the shuttle to the other Marriott courtyard by accident. The whole place smelt a bit damp but also like tobacco/weed - kinda gross. But otherwise was fine.

Terrible customer service.

Close to what I needed.

Cons:

The staff AND booking itself, ridiculous. Both charged me the FULL price of everything. Not a single refund from either of them without “proof of bank statement” that I cannot even get since it’s a Saturday. Both Courtyard AND booking are unprofessional and ridiculous. The staff is condescending and rude. Only worth it if you don’t talk to anyone working there.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was located next to a lot of restaurants and stores in case you forget anything.

The room so spacious

Cons:

- There is a part of bathroom that was not clean when I was checking in
- I booked for non smoking room however I found out that on Mar 10, 2026 that there is someone smoking in other rooms (I guess) as resulted I couldn't sleep till morning (the smoking odor happened at 1:26 AM) and at that time I called lobby to have someone to check however the security couldn't find where the smoking odor coming from. It's really bad experience for that night, while the remaining nights are relatively ok

Property needs maintenance. 2 floor needs repair on the carpet. While going to our room we could smell a big odor of marijuana which was unpleasant. Someone threw up on the elevator.
