Pros:

Sólo la ubicación

Cons:

La higiene: pésima
Las camas viejas
No es lo qué aparece en Booking
Dan toallas de baño ( solamente) y no de rostro.
El desayuno es penoso!
La higiene del desayunador: lamentable..
No hay relación precio/ calidad.

Pros:

Ótima localização, próximo ao Obelisco com varias lojas por perto, como as grandes franquias de fast-food. Equipe de funcionários extremamente gentis, atenciosos. Preço muito em conta para uma hospedagem que vale a pena.

No era lo que esperaba. Muy descuidado, una pena porque el lugar es excelente.

El desayuno muy mala calidad.
Descuidada la habitación.
Cisterna que perdía.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El personal atento y amable en todo momento.

Cons:

La limpieza en general, las sábanas y las toallas estaban rotas, y el acolchado tenía manchas. Poco jabón y shampoo. La ventana no se podía trancar y el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal. El desayuno que muestran en las imágenes no se asemeja en nada. Si el ascensor quedaba trancado, el personal no tenía cómo saber porque no hay alguna luz o alarma que lo indique.
También hay que tener en cuenta que abonando con efectivo cuesta menos que con débito (algo que no avisan antes) y capaz que conseguís un hotel un poco mejor al mismo precio.

ESTAFAN TENGAN CUIDADO
Pros:

No me gusto en absoluto que te roben sin armas. La app te dice el precio y ellos te cobran cantidades desorbitadas. Ojo no caigan te estafan y no ofrecen lo que dicen.

Cons:

Quiero alertar a todos que son unos estafadores te roban sin armas. La app te da el precio y ellos cobran el doble y la respuesta es. Si te interesa bien y si no...Buenos días.

Cons:

Venia en viaje y reserve por la ubicación. Cuando llegue aboné la tarifa que ellos me dijeron y al solicitar una factura me dijeron que debian cobrarme el iva aparte. La remataron cuando subimos a la habitación y no tenia luz en la parte principal de la habitacion... Muy pero muy flojo

HANDY AND GREAT STAFF
Pros:

I totally recommend Suipacha Inn for those who look for good price and absolutely great location. The staff is great, they always there to assist you with a smile on the face. The rooms are simple but clean and very practical, good shower, comfortable beds, air conditioning working full time, and above all, good internet in the room!

You are close to many transportation facilities like the Metro, and two main avenues, 9 de Julio and Corrientes. It is the best economic option in the area!

It is ok!
Pros:

A nice hotel in the center, near the Obelisco. Friendly staff, room is ok, airconditioned with toilet and shower. The bed slept very well for the short hours I used it. Breakfast is simple, but ok. A good place to discover the beauty of Buenos Aires!

Highly recommend!
Pros:

In the chaos of downtown Buenos Aires, finding a nice and economical hotel room can be difficult, so we were thrilled to discover Suipacha!

When we walked into the hotel to inquire about a room, we didn't have enough cash on us for the deposit, but woman at the front desk was extremely gracious and allowed us to book our reservation anyway, for which we were extremely grateful.

The room was very modern, immaculately clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower very luxurious.

This place is very economically priced considering the high quality of accommodations. We definitely plan on returning on our next trip to Buenos Aires!

Good Location, Nice People and Great Value
Pros:

My husband and I have stayed here twice for four days each while visiting B.A. The street itself is not anything spectacular, but you are in a great position to walk to any of the spots you want to see, as it is right in the middle of everything! Very clean and very nice people. Also the cafe across the street is an excellent place to gather in the afternoon for a beer. I would go ahead and buy the breakfast as it is well worth it!
