recently stayed here while attending a conference, and the customer service exceeded every expectation. Hayden, Hervys, Evan, and Jahil went above and beyond to at check in and helping me manage all of the materials and supplies I had for the conference. They were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to lend a hand, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.
Their outstanding hospitality and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. Employees like these are a tremendous asset to the hotel. Thank you all for making my conference experience such a positive one!

Stayed here for my daughter's new student conference. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful with decor in keeping with Texas A&M and location is perfect if you are visiting the university. Would definitely stay here again!
Great accommodations! One of my crew spilled coffee on themselves while loading up the car to leave and one of the hotel employees, Sean, observed it and came out with a towel to help. Great service!!!!
What an amazing hotel & conference center. This is one of the BEST themed hotels out side of Disney I have ever been at. If you are a Texas A&M fan or alumni you need to make this your go to hotel when visiting College Station. Besides the amazing theme, the staff is top notch! They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Bellman Sean was an amazing man, always with a smile on his face and a friendly “Howdy”! Thanks for a great conference.
Because of construction it was a kind of hard to find. The hotel itself was amazing. It had a beautiful view and whatever the sent was they use in the hotel is great!

Being fellow Aggies with our Aggies in College Station currently with their own place, we normally just stay with our kids. But we have always wanted to stay here.
We recently had the opportunity to spend a week at this property for a work event for my employer.
Outstanding 5 Star Items to Note: Location and proximity to entertainment, cleanliness across the board, all staff and great bartenders, parking accommodations, comfort of rooms and beds, the bar, the restaurant, on-site store, the catered meals for my work conference, the conference room itself... I could go on and on!!!
We will look for any reason to stay at this property every chance we can. There was not a single thing I would complain about or recommend. 5+ Stars all around!
Absolutely best stay!! The view was beautiful as well! Hopefully we can stay again!the desert at the Brazos was absolutely delicious. The wait staff were very nice!

We had a wonderful experience, the coffee shop, the bar and location unbeatable but the real gem is Grace! She helped us at least twice a day (maybe more) with our requests and had amazing patience!

I got internet scammed by Expedia (who I will never, ever use) when booking online thinking I was dealing with the hotel directly. Grace at the front desk fixed our problem and went above and beyond.
Great hotel. A couple of drawbacks were the train, but the hotel did provide ear plugs and the expensive parking in the garage. $17 a night.

TAMU hotel is lovely! Loved our room and the roof top space. Cafe was great too. Plan to stay here on all our visits to see our kid.
