Great location but meh hotel.
Pros:

The location was great, and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The rooms are small, the train was loud and disturbed our sleep a lot, and there were not many snack choices in the gift shop. The worst was that the coffee cups in the room were DIRTY— so gross!!

Pros:

Great location for the even we attended on campus. Nice room.

Cons:

The instructions to access WiFi did not work. I called the front desk for help yesterday, and the access code worked. However, my hubby woke up early and couldn’t make it work. I was still sleeping, so he didn’t want to disturb me.
Also, the shower knob was tightened to hard, we couldn’t turn it on. Gave up and didn’t get a shower.

Staff was very cordial and helpful. Rooms, amenities and furnishings were clean, up to date, spacious and well appointed.

Cons:

The train horn can be heard and is loud in the rooms, especially the ones facing/near the train tracks. Also the front doors are loud when closing. Can hear other patrons coming/going from their rooms.

Pros:

The hotel was super clean with extra friendly people working here. It was also in a perfect location. The rate I received was very reasonable for what I got. The parking garage was very convenient as well.

Pros:

Great hotel located on the campus. Good value because it was during the week. Staff is excellent. Be warned that a railroad track is across the highway. They furnish you with ear plugs. Used them and didn't hear a train. Good restaurant and bar at the hotel. Very clean and nice linens.

Cons:

The coffee in the room was not to our liking.
