近くに店も豊富にあり、そちらは困りません。
ただラブホ街なので小さいお子様がいらっしゃるご家族には環境的には良くないかもです。
一階の部屋でしたが部屋へ進む前の玄関扉が老朽化して建て付けが悪いのか中々開かない。
部屋に入ったら広さは申し分なかったですが、お風呂の床にカビがあり清掃後の換気や拭き上げをあまりされてないのかなと感じました。
ただベッドに関しては広さも充分にあり、マットも寝心地良かったので寝る快適性だけを求めて宿泊するなら良いかと思います。

가격이 저렴한데에는 다 이유가 있어요. 비추합니다.
Pros:

음식점과 한층을 공유해 엘레베이터에서부터 음식냄새와 술쩐내가 난다.
방안은 소음에 매우 취약해, 옆방 말소리, 복도에서 걷는소리, 윗층에 발소리까지 다양하게 난다.
방이 매우 협소해 짐가방 하나 펼치면 이동이 힘들다.
방바닥 카페트 오염이 심한지 냄새가 올라온다.

친구5명이서 큰방(1층)에서 묵었어요 6인까지 묵을수있고 널찍하고 환기어려운것 빼고는 대체로 만족합니다. 화장실 정말 특이하네요ㅋㅋ 무인체크인이 야악간 번거로웠지만 금방 익숙해졌습니다. 캐리어 미리 보관할때, 비치된 자물쇠 이용하실텐데 자리없음 1층에도 자물쇠 사용 가능합니다. 1층 엘베 옆에 무슨 문이 있는데 열면 같은숙소 공간이에요~

The room is not very clean, especially the carpet and the bed frame. A thick layer of dust was found on the ladder to the upper bed.

The air-conditioning is really disappointing. it was so hot throughout the whole night.

・追加備品や電子レンジなどは入口の棚にある(見逃しやすい

・二段目のベットから階段で降りるときに割と大きい音がする(隣の部屋からも降りてる音聞こえるくらいの大きさ)

表の大通りにすぐ行けるのとコンビニとロフト、地下駅に降りる階段までも近かったのがとても良かったです。
チェックインでのiPad？での入力作業がちょっと慣れてないと面倒かもしれません。

部屋は比較的綺麗で広いですが4人部屋だけど2.3人くらいでちょうどいい位だと思います
