Pros:

Gute Zimmer und sauber

Cons:

Das Beide Aussenpolls komplett abgerissen waren und man es nicht nutzen konnte Baustelle vor dem Hotel und sehr laut und rücksichtslos.

Wellness hotel
Pros:

Ich hatte ein tolles Superior-Zimmer mit einem grandiosen Blick – sowohl aufs Meer als auch auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber, und das war mir besonders wichtig. Der Zimmerservice hat außer der Mini bar Aufstockung mir noch einen kleinen Obstteller da gelassen. Ich hatte zudem einen Balkon, und die Klimaanlage konnte auch heizen – das hat mich sehr gefreut, vor allem weil es ein Thermalbad gibt, und ich so im Zimmer nicht gefroren habe. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und reichlich. Auf Nachfrage auf ein late checkout wurde meine checkout Zeit auf 15 uhr erweitert!Richtig toller Service, danke. Einzig der Spa-Bereich müsste noch etwas renoviert werden, da waren ein paar Duschköpfe defekt. Außerdem gibt es keinen getrennten Herren Damen spa bereich. Es gibt bestimmte zeiten am Tag an denen nur Frauen Eintritt haben, da sollte man nach den genauen Zeiten nachfragen. Am Samstagabend gab es noch schöne live Musik im Café mit richtig guten Musikern. Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Im Spa und Thermal bereich müsste man einige duschköpfe reparieren.

Pros:

Понравилось наличие термального комплекса и вкусная еда.
Несмотря на неудобства, я планирую приехать еще раз.
Очень надеюсь что руководство примет меры.

Cons:

Первое что встретило в холле отеля это кошачье 💩. Как потом выяснилось кошек в отеле много.
Это не 5 звезд, которые заявлены. Это тройка. Номер уставший. Розетки сломаны, торчат провода. В ванной ржавчина. Замок в номере, видимо был заменен, что сделано ужасно грубо. Ребенок повредил руку, а я порвала одежду, когда несколько раз зацепилась.
Нелюбезный персонал на ресепшене. Приятными были только несколько официантов и горничные. Особенно хамски вели себя барышни обслуживающие термальный комплекс. Время работы комплекса еще не закончено, а они демонстративно машут швабрами-мол, уходите.
Еда вкусная, но в ней попадались длинные черные волосы.
В описании отеля указана информация про трансфер, но отель не отвечает на сообщения в переписке, и как его заказать непонятно.
В Бассейне сломаны перила и торчат острые штыри. Прямо больно и страшно.
Крайне неприятно видеть отдыхающих, купающихся прямо в обуви в бассейне. За этим никто не следит.

Great thermal pools
Pros:

The thermal.pools were great. Lovely tranquil atmosphere. We booked a massage which was very good.

Cons:

The day we left, 23rd October, many facilities were being closed down for the season.The beach area had already closed. We were not aware this would be the case.

De merveilleux souvenirs
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, propreté impeccable, personnel agréable et réactif, repas variés et buffet (matin, midi et soir) très bons, piscines thermales incroyables, spectacles le soir pour les enfants, coin jeu pour les enfants, bref de superbes vacances 💕

Cons:

Rien, tout était au top
Peut être juste manque un petit coin piscine avec jeu pour les enfants mais rien de grave

Pros:

The hotel is famous for its thermal baths.
Both indoor and outdoor pools were very nice.
The food at the restaurant was quite a lot but the quality not the best you can eat.

Cons:

Our room was a Suite with Jacuzzi but suddenly the jakuzzi wasn't working. They brought a technician but still we couldn't use it.
There was only a wc inside the master bedroom and the other person who is sleeping in the living room should also come to this wc which was not so comfortable and no privacy.

Pros:

Hotel and outdoor pools were nice, plenty of choice for buffet dinner and breakfast. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Nice beach club but should not be described at beachfront was 7-8 min drive to the beach.

Cons:

Unfortunately on arrival bedroom floor had not been cleaned, food and footprints. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect this or the holes in the pillow case. Fly screen on the balcony impossible to open and close. The indoor pool had broken tiles on the steps into the water which is dangerous.
