Staff, the design of the hotel and the room facilities

Cons:

A bit hard to find if using google maps because it shows that the hotel is inside the mall which is not true.
Not a very pleasant spot where the main door is. Seen a lot of homeless people and it was dirty

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Hotel und können uns vorstellen, wieder dort einzukehren.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal war hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Hotel war sehr schwer zu finden, das Navi hat uns in das Parkhaus geleitet, dort war an der Einfahrt ein kleines Schild. Das war es. Wir haben sehr lange gebraucht um den Eingang zu finden, angereist sind wir mit einem Elektroauto. Die Ladestationen waren nicht sichtbar gekennzeichnet, so dass wir am nächsten Morgen unten gelaufen sind. Unser Tipp Grosse Schild im Parkhaus mit dem Namen des Hotels, und großes Schild für die Ladestationen im Parkhaus.

Draugiškas ir paslaugus personalas.

Cons:

Kambarys nedidukas, dviese buvo sunku prasilenkti. Kambaryje grindys nebuvo valomos nė karto. Žinojau, kad tai viešbutis ant pastato stogo,tad tikėjaus vaizdo,deja jo neturėjom :(
