Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Die Ausstattung des Hotels gut.

Cons:

Leider hat der TV in meinem Zimmer nicht funktioniert, was dem Personal aber völlig egal war. Ich habe das Personal zweimal gebeten sich der Sache anzunehmen und zweimal ist nichts geschehen wobei aber versprochen wurde sich darum zu kümmern. Der TV ist für mich und bestimmt viele andere absolut notwendige Grundausstattung eines Hotelzimmers. Wenn diese nicht funktioniert ist das meiner Meinung nach Grund zur Minderung der Buchungskosten.

Modern, comfy and perfectly located – we loved it!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the niu hotel. FLASH! The concept is fun and funky, with a great design that makes the hotel stand out.

Yes, the room is on the smaller side (took #113), but it’s very modern, impeccably clean, and has everything you need (safe, hairdryer, great lighting). The real highlight? The bedding – from the pillows to the duvet and mattress, it was an absolute dream. We slept like babies in total silence.

The breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate – not too extravagant, not too light, just right to start the day.

Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: the U-Bahn station is literally right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

A special shoutout to Lara at reception, who was absolutely adorable and impressed us by speaking 6 languages – what a talent!

We also really appreciated the secure underground parking (€12/day – very convenient for Berlin). We didn't get to try the restaurant, but their quick meals looked inviting. We however enjoyed their full bar.

Honestly, we have nothing negative to say. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stylish, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in Berlin. We’ll definitely be back!

Zentrale Lage, moderne Gestaltung

Cons:

Reinigungspersonal auf dem Flur sehr laut, gegrüßt wurde ebenfalls nicht. Das über den Fahrstuhl vom Parkhaus jeder in das Hotel gelangen kann. Der Rezeptionist hat auch am Abend nicht gefragt ob wir auch wirklich Gäste des Hotels sind.
Empfand ich etwas eigenartig. Dadurch habe ich mich auch nicht vollkommen sicher gefühlt.

Nach langer Anreise aus München mussten wir pro Zimmer 15€ zuzahlen, um nicht mal eine Stunde vor Checkin Zeit in unsere Zimmer zu dürfen, obwohl diese bezugsbereit waren! Das geht gar nicht!
Das Hotel befindet sich in/über einem Einkaufszentrum, der Eingang liegt etwas versteckt und schmuddelig.
Das Doppelzimmer mit Queensize Bett ist das gleiche wie das Standardzimmer.
In beiden gebuchten Zimmer war die Duschwand undicht.
Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein für zwei Personen.
Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank.
