Photos don’t match the accomodation . No pool no fitness centre

No pool or fitness centre so photos are a scam
Stains on the sheets, asked for them to be replaced and had to re ask 3 times
Tried charging us for 23 bottles of water on check out

Even though i just only stayed during night time but i wasnt feel everything worth my price.
Pros:

The location is good. Closed by the crowded streets and you can find everything you need here.

Cons:

The room was so smelly and dirty. No curtains provided in the bed so i didn’t feel convenient and private.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Modern and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely and just as big as the room. Staff were pleasant. Surrounding area is quite nice, close to a big park area. Felt safe walking about, easy to travel and sightsee in Hanoi.

Cons:

Nothing personally to add, had a great stay and would return. Although, there would likely be accessibility issues as there are stairs leading to the property entrance. Unsure if they have anything to assist with this though.
