Unfortunately wont visit again , cannot afford such poor sleep quality

The staff was super friendly , rooms are nice, place is overall pleasant,location is ideal

Cons:

, but the matresses are such bad quality, you have to lie still , exactly in the middle of the mattress in order not to have springs in your back , it is hard, uncomfortable and worn out, we were really suprised by the bad state of the beds. It makes a HUGE difference in level of comfort of stay

Pros:

The staff were all absolutely brilliant - by far the friendliest almost anywhere I have been. The rooms were great - really spacious and clean with comfy beds. The garden was beautiful too.

Cons:

There was a limited range of food and we weren't always sure what menu was being served (buffet? A la carte?) but suspect this was because we were there over Easter weekend.

A very refreshing stay, my kids and I were really pleasantly supprised at the theme and location.
Pros:

We enjoyed the friendlyness of the staff at breakfast, very accommodating. The selection was very good.
We also enjoyed going to the spa and had treatments done, the specials were great and the staff there were very sweet.

Cons:

We found it very strange that there was not bathroom door, which does present an issue when you have teens, we however found a way around.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, damit der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich ist. Darüber hinaus war das Essen im Restaurant super lecker.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung sollte man darauf achten, daß man ein Zimmer möglich weit weg von der Hauptstraße bekommt, denn sonst könnte es zu einer Lärmbelästigung kommen. Wir hatten Glück ( Zimmer-Nr. 1). Hier war es kein Problem.

Great stay in Hazyview
Pros:

Everything was great. We only stayed the night, but the personnel was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean with a big shower!
Pretty good location, near what we wanted to do.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say.

L'hôtel est agréable au niveau décoration extérieure avec patio intérieur
Le parking sécurisé

Cons:

La taille de la piscine - la photo est trompeuse, grosse déception à notre arrivée.
Le supplément demandé pour un enfant supplémentaire alors que le matelas ajouté dans la chambre faisait 3cm de hauteur, minuscule et était à même le sol
Les recommandations sur l'hôtel étaient à notre avis surévaluées

Ok for a stop over, but wont choose it again.
Pros:

It seems to have been a nice hotel in the past.

Cons:

Stuff leaved very early. So, no wine at the bar around 9pm possible. Also, we have been the only ones on the whole property. Felt very insecure on that night. In general, we got a bit of a feeling staying in a old abandoned hotel. We have been very happy to leave early in the next morning.

Very nice rooms and beautiful, safe courtyard
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They had nice bedding and a top sheet, which is a bonus! The bathroom was equipped with modern design and clean towels. the weather was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and outdoor bar, which looked like it would be inviting in the sun!

Cons:

The restaurant was ok, not terrific. I had stopped to review a menu earlier in the day, to which a server gave me one to take with me to my room. When we went back for dinner, there was a very small limited menu to choose from. Communication about what is included in the booking "breakfast included" was poor. The hot food was great, the continental breakfast was meh.
