It was spacious and clean, in a great location for me,
I didn’t like how in booking it says free breakfast and when I reach they said I had to pay, also I had to pay in cash at the hotel, even though I was supposed to pay with card
Building is old and rustic from outside but the hotel runs on two floors -5th & 6th with good lift facility and the hotel rooms get ful marks for cleaniless. we got two rooms one on each floor and they were decent , may be I felt prices are tad expensive based on locality and facilities, I travel a lot domestic across India. Again, cleanliness is best part and toilets/AC were functioning.
Staff /receptions were not bad peoplpe but I recommend them that they could learn a bit about politeness and in tone when talking to clients, may be its just cultural thing. They were not goons or bad in behaviour but they felt bit untravelled to understand how rest of hotel & hospitality industry works to meet client expectations as they create the first impression of the propertly because client meets them first, but must say they were well dressed and not shady.
Staff had to keep one room reserved for hotel owner and wont provide you even if it meets your requirement and ask you to take room on another floor, we were a fmialy but had to split on two floors.. I was shocked that hotel owner himself has asked for that to ignore his customers over his own personal selfish preference. Thats a huge let down in my view and speaks tons about the guy owning that property :O
Only the room was very spacious..and i always stay there..and the cleaness

Staff behaviour. Room condition not same as shown in picture. Nothing is provided except the towel. Bed sheet & blanket cover dirty. The wall's paint condition was very poor. Staff forced me to pay cash for dinner they provided from outside.
