Pros:

I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food.

Pros:

Friendly staff and delicious food from their restaurant. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com.

Overall a fun experience with good host
Pros:

Good stay with good host. The location is on the railway track that makes it bit noisy at times. Internet quality was Ok.

Also, One should mention that the property is on khandala rd and not actually in khandala. It’s misguiding.

Pros:

Stay was comfortable. Property locality is free from Noise and Traffic. Peaceful and pleasant location. Near to all picnic spot in Khandala and Lonavala. Food was good. Staff is also good. Overall pleasant welcome .
