Kamar Dan pemandangan gunung dari kamar
Di tempat sarapan di dalam Ruangan terlalu sempit, meja kursi tidak nyaman! Makanan kurang berkualitas, contoh juice jeruk hanya sirup dan selai juga tidak enak. Makanan Indonesia rasa nya tidak enak, rolade terlalu kering dan keras. Kolam renang tidak bersih, tidak ada tempat duduk sandaran . Dan hanya sampai jam 16.00 bisa di pakai. Musik terlalu keras.
Bersih, nyaman, ramah dan terbaik.. fix pasti akan menginap lagi disini klo ke batu lagi..

The western food in the morning was cold
Nicely situated a top a hill with nice mountain views however surrounded by abandon buildings under construction. Hotel lobby, restaurant and swimming pool are nice, rooms are bit dated, overall a satisfied short stay.

Lokasi, kebersihan, kenyamanan, view kamar, harga semua oke.... Cuma ada kejadian berkesan... Pas hari Minggu breakfast, full tempatnya. Sama mbak2 dan mas2 yang jaga sampe dicariin sampe kita dapet meja. Terima kasih

プールサイドの毎晩のカラオケとバンド音楽が非常にうるさい。部屋を反対側に買えて貰ったら聞こえなくなったのでスタッフは対応力ある。しかし部屋の掃除が行き届いておらずホコリや髪の毛が目立ったので掃除し直して貰ったことがある。朝食も週末は席がなく相席になったり朝開始の時間に食べたいものの準備が整っていないなど不満が残った。
Great location, close to everywhere to favorite destinations, we have a beautiful mountain view from our room, all the staff very friendly and helpful, Ian (if I’m not wrong to say his name) at front office very kind.

Rooms need to be equipped with wardrobe. Hanging spaces insufficient. There were no hand or face towels.

The hotel sits atop Batu hill and which means it is quiet. Secondly, it is very close to downtown area and main road to Malang. The staff was courteous and professional.
The location is very strategic
Three at least:
1. I stayed in 7th floor just below the restaurant floor and eventhough it was already closing time of the restaurant, we still hear the sound of moving chair of the staff.
2. The kitchen team should ensure that all the food for breakfast still available until the breakfast closing time. I arrived around 1 hour before closing time and paid the breakfast but some food already empty. The staff said that they are refilling but until I left the refilling foods are not coming. We did not get what we paid for. Very dissapointing.
3. We borrow the iron but it is not clean and half of the ironing base is full with the melted clothes from previous guest. And the non-sticky layer is already ran out. The house keeping team should check first before handed over to the guest and check again when it was return. Maintain the quality is an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to explain everything we needed, which was especially helpful since we weren’t familiar with the area. A special shoutout to Nurul, the lovely lady at breakfast—her charming smile and warm assistance made our mornings even better. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Will definitely be back!
