Because of no parking Space close to hôtel no possible to stop. Inside hôtel i don’t know we sent to the beach to sleep in the car! With two small kid wasn’t fantastic!

Short, but beautiful stay at Lluna Aqua Soller. Loved how they had blended the art deco design with something now. Charming and nice, and just in the middle ove the town.

Hotel is located very close to the centre, shopping and restaurants. Loved the decor, breakfast, coffee was good and amazing staff. Also, we wanted to take the tram to Port, so hotel is like 7 minutes walking distance from the tram stop. The only issue was that our room didn’t have any doors to the bathroom/shower which is not giving any privacy when 2 people are staying together. Also, please be prepared to be looking for street parking or parking lots, we have to download app and be adding money, since it is allowing to pay only for 2 or 3 hours, it was a bit challenging to find parking since streets are very narrow, we visited in May, so could only imagine how it is during the busy season.

A lovely stay, the hotel was ideally situated in Soller, the hotel was nice and quirky, without trying too hard. Staff were helpful and attentive. Will stay again

Let’s start with the booking. total taken twice from my creditcard, took 2 weeks to refund, no apology.

I emailed re parking as we had a hire car, no reply. There is no parking at the hotel, you need to use the very full municipal parking for €9.00 per day or park a 15 minute walk away on the edge of town. Do not try to drive to the hotel, roads are narrow and you need to understand the one way system. Generally , my top tip is to book a small car, to save stress on all those narrow hairpins.

We arrived at the hotel 19.00 hrs, door closed with a sign explaining that you will receive a what’s app for the code, or there is a telephone number in case of problems. like other guests no what’s app, no answer to telephone.
Another guest let me in, I called again, the phone was behind reception, but nobody else. An employee had been out jogging and returned an hour later to let us in, no apology or explanation.

Rooms are a bad attempt at boutique hotel, some fancy wallpaper and industrial lamps. shower is good, tv in the corner on the wrong wall, light from next doors bathroom shining through the crack in the wall. Coffee machine no milk.

Breakfast:
Begin at 8.30, you will need to move your car from 9.00 am, also, the tram to Palma leaves at 9.00 am, so good luck with that.
Soller is the Orange capital of Europe so juice out of the carton and no orange marmalade is inexcusable. Rolls heated from the freezer, limited choice in everything.

Most hotels I stay in are around this price, rarely are they so full of promise without delivering.

Luckily, Soller, its people and surroundings more than made up for things.

The hotel is one of life’s little gems . it’s beautiful and was wonderful to stay the rooms are all different and it is very comfortable, cannot fault anything the staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble.directions and very helpful with bus and taxi services. I will definitely be visiting again 100 % breakfast was delicious and so fresh cannot fault in any way jannine

Beautiful hotel, great service and very comfortable bed. The bathroom could do with a little more privacy, but otherwise excellent. Very clean and well-managed. Just a very short distance away from a lovely square with good restaurants.

I am not able to put the video, the sheets had holes, the paint was peeling everywhere especially in the bathroom in addition to the mold, we were shown another room which was in the same condition, we left and the hotel did not want to reimburse us

My stay at the hotel was nice, the hotel is very authentic and everything original. Placed perfect, very close to Soller center. The breakfast could be improved, especially the coffe was poor quality. The bed was fantastisk, and the reseption very helpful. The hotel gets my best recommendation.

I can’t express how disappointed we both are with this hotel. The only positives are the staff & the location. We were in a double standard room with the wardrobe so close to the foot of the bed that we struggled to open the door wide enough to get decent access AND it smells of musty old clothes like a charity shop. The toilet is tucked behind the wardrobe with no door so no privacy.
The room is on the top floor of the hotel, there’s no lift. The top two stairs are quite dangerous being on an immediate turn with limited access to the handrail. I’m 73 years old & partially sighted so it was especially difficult for me. No one to help with luggage.
The breakfast was paltry, no bread, no toaster. It was a continental breakfast with the cheapest yoghurt.
No kettle in the room, there was a coffee machine but no milk in the fridge, we had to ask for that.
Tea & coffee making facilities are the norm these days but we were told we weren’t allowed to have a kettle, I couldn’t understand the reason why.
Hairdryer broken but a replacement was put in the room however it was fairly useless with a weak stream of warm air from it.
I dislike having to complain, I’m well travelled & have never had the need to
complain before but this was an expensive hotel & apparently rated as 4 star- I really can’t see how!
On the whole a big disappointment.
Would never recommend nor return.

Everyone quite accommodating & friendly

Winziges Zimmer mit allem Nötigen, Mitten im Zentrum.
Für 8 Gäste wurden 6 Gipfeli aufgetischt. Wir haben eines bekommen und es war super lecker. Aber schon etwas doofe Situation und ob es irgendwann Nachschub gab können wir nicht sagen... auf jeden Fall nicht in der nachfolgen 1/2 Stunde.
Alles in allem hat es für 1 Nacht gepasst. Super zentral und doch ruhig.

Douche à refaire car murs en piteux état.

Somewhat quirky, but clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the centre of town. Only warning we would give is don't follow your Satnav to the hotel address, it's a narrow one way street with no parking/stopping. Instead use one of the car parks and then walk to the hotel, there are a few within 3 or 4 minutes walk.
