Pros:

The location

Cons:

There was an old sandwich in the fridge and it certainly wasn’t mine, so that means they don’t clean properly. For the price of the place it should be impecable.

It was our first time staying there and I was pleased with the price and accommodations.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the lady working in the room was very friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact the back door didn't have a security lock. People could come in and out of the hotel without a key. Nothing bad happened, but it left me feeling a little uneasy.

It was a bunkhouse for me, just out there for a family event & spent very little time there.
Pros:

Marginal (but decent) facility, bfast food was OK, way overpriced at $350 per nite. Stayed at a My Stay motel in Dickinson that was as nice, if not nicer, for $120. Guess it must be summer resort prices or I'd have given this place a hard pass.

Cons:

Price made the value poor.

Staff was great and overall the facility was nice and we’d definitely consider booking again

Cons:

We stayed in room 111. The door had been jimmied open with a crowbar at some point in the past and the safety lock hadn’t been replaced or the door jam repainted. Also, the toilets are so low to the ground - it’s a pet peeve of mine.

Nice and good Lakeside restaurant!
Pros:

The very clean pool! Welcoming desk attendant.

Cons:

Price is always concerning as senior travelers.
Wish you could be a part of the “Hilton” program.
Booking.com not much discount.
A nice trip though.

I will stay her again. I've stayed many times and enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable and overall helpful
Pros:

Cons:

Patio is too loud because it's right at the highway. It should have been put on the other side of the hotel.
One night staff was less than helpful when I asked if he had change because the vending machine wouldn't accept my bill.
No gluten free breakfast.

Great location and value for the price.
Pros:

Busy place so they are obviously doing something right. Regardless of the large contingency of people, we found it a quiet and relaxing stay. Staff was fabulous.

For the price and location definitely worth it.
Pros:

Absolutely loved the breakfast and the woman who worked it on the weekends.

The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows.

As far as the location, it's very easy to get to and mostly quiet. It is not smack in the middle of the town if that is important to you.

Cons:

The opening and closing of everyone's doors in the hallway was incredibly loud.

The cleaning of the room left a little bit to be desired. For example, the coffee pot was incredibly dusty inside and out.

I am not familiar with Midwest culture but the front desk clerks were not super engaging.
