Pros:

Limpio, comodo, muy bien ubicado, unas vistas impresionantes. Volveria a este mismo hotel.

Cons:

Lo unico malo fue que no funcionaba el minibar (fridge). Pedimos que lo arreglen pero basicamente no nos ayudaron.

È stato davvero tutto perfetto e anche sopra le aspettative. La stanza e il bagno erano grandi e puliti. Ogni giorno la stanza viene pulita e vengono cambiati gli asciugamani. Lo staff è davvero gentile e pronto ad aiutarti. In stanza c'è l'occorrente per preparare caffè e thè. In aggiunta a questo c'è un'area comune con acqua, forno a microonde, macchinetta per preparare caffè, cappuccino, thè ecc.
Se mai tornerò a New York sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel. Consigliato!

Great experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. I would especially like to thank Sayd and Sandy for being incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. They truly made the experience even better with their excellent service and positive attitude. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel That Saved My Trip
Pros:

After leaving a previous hotel that didn’t meet my expectations, I arrived at the Concorde hoping to salvage the rest of my trip — and it more than delivered.

My suite on the 29th floor had stunning city views, and the hotel’s intentional design — fewer rooms per floor than most — keeps the atmosphere calm and unhurried. It never felt busy or crowded, which is a rare thing in Manhattan.

The staff made it, though. Sandy in particular was outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistent whether my husband was reaching her by phone or I was speaking with her in person. That kind of seamless, personal service is hard to find.

If you want great views, a peaceful atmosphere, and staff that actually make you feel taken care of, the Concorde delivers.
