Amazing location the stuff was very nice

Excellent staff, great service, fabulous room (we asked for a view, and got it!?), helpful information, good coffee options, large bathroom and comfortable bed. 4 min walk from
E blue metro. Close to Central park. Quiet.

Excellent location. Great rooms at a reasonable price. Really clean throughout and all the staff were great. Small breakfast and lunch restaurant is perfect. My 4th time here. Love it for its consistency.

I had a fantastic experience at the Concorde Hotel in New York. From the unbeatable location, just steps from the subway in a vibrant neighborhood, to the spacious and comfortable rooms, everything was perfect... But what truly set it apart from any other place I’ve been to was Sebastian’s service. His kindness, professionalism, and personalized attention made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting NYC. Thank you Sebastian, hope to see you again when I’m back!

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Good location in a busy area.

We had a bit of a tricky start when the hotel was experiencing some electrical and equipment difficulties and we were shown to a room where the air-conditioning wasn’t working.
However, Shanell on the front desk had new options for me and a new room sorted within minutes and I cannot speak highly enough of the manager Rada who took on board the problems we had on check-in and dealt with any issues we had with tremendous grace and sorted everything.
Shout out to the lovely Sebastian, who so swiftly dealt with some missing amenity items from our room.
We would definitely stay there again and we were impressed with the very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is surrounded on all sides by every type of café and food requirement you could possibly have and the location to midtown and stores was fantastic.

Location

Stayed here 3 times and it was always great. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's within proximity to Midtown and Central Park, but this particular area is not that noisy and crowded. The beds are very comfortable and the personnel very polite and helpful, they will help you with anything they can.
Some rooms have a lovely view on Lexington Avenue and the Chrysler Building.

The bell hop was very nice Syed and the front desk people could not be nicer

We stayed for a week and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, the location was perfect, and many attractions were within walking distance, with easy access to public transportation.
The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Syed, who went above and beyond on our last day by assisting us with our luggage and helping us arrange our transportation to the airport.
We truly appreciated the outstanding service and would happily stay here again.

Hotel is amazing. The view, location, cleanliness and staff, everything was smooth. I would like to compliment Sandy and Rada, alongside the entire Concorde crew who made our stay more special.

I like the location as it was near restaurants and stores, between park ave and lexington. Property is clean and staffs were friendly.
Bonsaii restaurant served good food although it runs independent of the hotel.
