Pros:

Atendentes muito solícitos e educados. Hotel limpo, organizado, roupa de cama e quartos bem cheirosos também.
Café da manhã maravilhoso!
Com amplo estacionamento gratuito, ótima localização, perto do calçadão (dá pra ir a pé), atrás de um supermercado, próximo de um shopping, próximo de vários pontos como o lago Igapó, museu, Havan, etc.

Cons:

Uma sugestão para o hotel seria ter mais secadores de cabelo para os hóspedes, poderia até pagar uma taxa pelo uso com horário definido, exemplo, no máximo 2 horas.
Levei meu secador, mas as tomadas não davam para a entrada dele, quando perguntei se havia algum na recepção, estava emprestado e o outro hóspede não havia devolvido (já tinha se passado um tempão).
Mas isso é apenas uma sugestão, não interferiu na nossa hospedagem e voltaria a me hospedar lá sem problema algum!
