Rommet er stort og terrasse med nydelig utsikt mot hagen. Veldig renslig rom, rolig atmosfære og en god seng. God frokost og utsikten er fenomenal. Hyggelig personell.
Dusjdørene måtte åpnes utover for å komme inn og ut, med ett ellers lite bad så er det greit med ett gulvhånkle. Men fortsatt veldig fornøyd.

Nice location, great breakfast, clean rooms
Breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly and the location takes your breath away being right next to the fjord. We have been in other hotels around Norway but this hotel has excelled in everything.

- Exceptional location directly on the fjord, with rooms opening to a peaceful waterfront area and amazing views of surrounding mountains
- Situated between Geirangerfjord and Trollstigen - both accessible within about a 1 hour drive. Going to Geirangerfjord requires a quick ferry crossing. Also, there is a scenic mountain farm called Herdalssetra within 1 hour drive.
- Quiet hotel area, yet right next to a small town with a supermarket, gas station, and cafes. 3 min walking distance.
- Simple, but modern, tastefully designed interior
- Good breakfast
- Friendly and welcoming staff
- This town is known for growing strawberries, which you can buy right from the nearby fields. At least during July.
We visited for one day for our wedding anniversary and really liked the place. I would say it’s one of the best value for money hotels I have ever booked.
- There are no large cities or airports nearby, so you can only reach the hotel if you travel by car. But this is a great base for a short stay while exploring the fjords region by car. It’s particularly in between Geirangerfjord and Trollstigen (both require 1 hour drive).
- Weather in this region of Norway can be unpredictable (e.g. rain), so choose your travel dates carefully (though obviously this is not a reflection on the hotel itself)

Høy rompris, under gjennomsnittlig frokost, svært dårlig mat i restaurant. Helt utrolige høye priser på minibaren.

The breakfast selection and service was appreciated.
The building works at the entry to the hotel but those did not affect us during our stay.
Very quiet, however the staff were attentive and helpful, meals hit the spot!
Choice of meals however I understand the difficulty in managing small numbers.
