因為住3天，入住時，員工沒有告知隔日會換房間，第二日回飯店後才被告知已經換房，房間內的行李和其他物品在沒被告知情況下，已經移至新房號。當場也沒有相關主管來作適當的解釋。女湯溫泉的密碼不管哪個房間每天都一樣，安全上堪慮
