Very clean and quiet. Delicious breakfast. Only problem is trying to catch service/cab so my suggestion is to take the jeepney down to the market area then catching a cab.
This hotel is further from any tourist spots, also their water heater keeps turning on and off, no Netflix, I asked for extra towels and they will charge you WTH. The staff are nice tho but not recommended!
This is the 2nd time we booked with this hotel. We fetched our daughter from her university and we wanted to rest first before we go down. The staff are friendly but most of the are just on the OJT program.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Justin & Joseph! We were given an adjoining room (4G) but the door on our side was not locked.
When we went to our room after check in there is a bad odour in the room because there is no window so there is a musty smell inside the room. There is no hot water so we have to call the front desk, they sent somebody which was fixed. I will not book this hotel again.
No aircon in room. Maybe in Baguio there's no need for one.
