Room size and facilities were excellent. Location is good.
Breakfast could have been better with at least 2 options.
The room was clean and tidy and up to the mark and staff were also supportive.

The location is close to various tourist spots in Fort Kochi. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous.
The property doos'nt have even basic kitchen facilities. Breakfast menu is basic with bread being served raw.
The cleanliness and maintenance were very very low standard..Not much options in breakfast other than Dosa and Bread
I didn't like anything. Completely annoyed and won't be recommending this hotel ever to anyone

Non check-in by given time. A long waiting hours. Guests smoke in the room. Irresponsible Staff.

Hot water shower not available, rooms not cleaned, no fresh towels replaced, free breakfast was an eye wash.
Breakfast had limited options which I found was not sufficient
