Pros:

is rated as a three star however the service we received was worthy of a five star.
The staff created us with cold drinks, helped with bags and took care of our motorbikes.
The room was clean, comfortable and well sized.
Our balcony was perfect with table and chairs.
Excellent value.
Will stay again

Wonderful stay, lovely rooms and pool area. Decent bicycles to rent. Awesome breakfast.

Apparently an issue with their machine not taking VISA/MC? Would ensure you have cash available (VND as USD exchange rate offered was very poor).

Pros:

Perfect nice staff, all reception employees were friendly and understanding from the beginning willing to help with any issues.
Breakfast is much better than in hotels with more stars, a great number of different dishes in general and fruits in particular.
Absolutely clean room, as a bonus there are umbrellas in your room.
Short walk to old city.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Gutes Klima im Zimmer. Relativ großes Bad mit Badewanne. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit vietnamesischen (Pho, Reis und Nudeln) und internationalen Speißen (Toast, Ei, Würstchen) sowieso Früchte und Kaffee, Tee und Säfte.

Best place I’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam for the money, would go back. Staff is the best!
Pros:

Everything was awesome, especially the staff! All of them are super friendly and helpful! They always went out of their way for us and even printed 2 copies of Visa papers we needed. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious! The laundry service was wonderful too. Location great and price extremely reasonable. We didn’t want to leave!

Pros:

実質的には隣のローズホテルのスタッフが対応してくれます。スタッフは若くて元気一杯、親身になって対応くれます。
朝食は種類が多くついつい食べ過ぎてしまいます。ランドリーサービスも安価で荷物が少なくてとても助かります。
設備面はクーラー、シャワー、ベッドなど普通に機能しており、困ることはありませんでした。近くにコンビニもあるので困ることはなかったです
