Pros:

Die Lage war ganz ok, man kann den Markt und das Zentrum zu Fuss erreichen.

Cons:

Das Gym ist schlecht ausgestattet und wurde während meines Besuches auch als Abstellkammer benutzt.

Don’t recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was the only thing going for the hotel. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

A lot! Rooms were not well planned or designed. No bed side lights, no hairdryer dryer, shower grout on the walls, carpet in communal areas were dirty. Construction in room across the way from my room. Breakfast was the worst we had in Vietnam.

Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

The room I received was very different from what I booked. I had reserved a room with a round bed and a specific layout shown on Booking.com, but the actual room did not match the description, and I was not informed of any changes prior to arrival. Additionally, the bed, chairs, and towels had visible stains and hairs, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.

Pros:

Waste of a property.. the rooms advertised doesnt even come close to the actual situation. Untidy, smelly and very small.
False and fraud. When confronted the staff said openly wont give anything and were extremely rude and were shouting all the time. Left the hotel, 0% recommended

Not a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel room was okay and kept clean but the hotel needs a renovation. Hallway is stinky, personnel not overly friendly and the breakfast definitely subpar for a 4 star hotel. Busy location near traffic roundabout and school, but central location.

Pass on this Fake 4 star hotel.
Pros:

This is not a 4 star hotel! It is run down and in need of renovation, but the staff is also very 3 star. I do not recommend staying here. The breakfast is also a very low quality.

Hôtel bien situé mais avec des points à améliorer
Pros:

La localisation est intéressante.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié

Cons:

La propreté (cafards dans la chambre)
Manque de support pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bains
La douche qui projette de l'eau partout au sol
La salle de sport sans aération ni climatisation avec une absence de serviette et un nombre insuffisant d'équipements.

Colazione abbastanza varia, abbastanza vicino al centro

Cons:

Situato su una via molto caotica difficile da percorrere sul marciapiede invaso da motorini.
La struttura sembra ristrutturata male e mantenuta peggio, la cassaforte non è ancorata al mobile, il piatto doccia non è aderente ai muri e quindi l'acqua scola sotto lo stesso, Infatti il bagno è pieno di muffa. Il doccino sembra in procinto di staccarsi. Flaconi del sapone e dello shampoo sempre vuoti, chiedi di riempirli ma si dimenticano. Rubinetto del lavandino del bagno che tocca lo specchio e quindi con la paura di romperlo. La finestra è opaca e non consente di vedere all'esterno, cuscino macchiato di sangue, zona colazione con tavoli enormi che rendono scomodo accedere ai divani, i tavoli non vengono ripuliti velocemente dopo l'utilizzo, pertanto quando scendi a fare colazione è difficile trovarne uno pulito. C'è un Rooftop Cafè che sembra avere anche una bella vista sulla città ma non è in utilizzo. Se chiedi alla reception non sanno neanche loro se é in funzione o meno. La zona colazione sembra essere anche un ristorante indiano ma non si capisce se è operativo o meno, negli orari dei pasti non vedi mai nessuno, giusto qualche indiano con delle buste di plastica che sembrano essersi portati qualcosa da fuori. Da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo un po' di più... e poi prima del check-out si raccomandano di fare una buona recensione (lo fanno un po' tutti)
