They will not give you the room you paid for and do not care

I recommend staying somewhere cheaper because even that will be better. I have stayed in at least 50 hotels in vietnam alone. I paid more for this room since it literally writes out in 2 locations on the booking.com app that it has both city And sea ocean views. The pictures also show only these views.  I arrive and they tell me they can only give me a room that literally has a grey building wall at the window. They acknowledged this and checked with me before I paid however i had no choice.  All hotels are sold out or triple the price at minimum. I also only book hotels that have a bathroom with a separated shower so no flooding which is very difficult to find in vietnam. I tried to see if they had any other rooms or an upgrade but they would not allow it. They wouldn't even provide a small discount. There should've been a cheaper category for a room with no view yet I saw in the reviews they commonly initially assign this room even though it wasn't shown on the booking or even cancel the reservation altogether yet in my case they wouldn't even try to provide the correct room after trying to put me in this room. They wouldn't even do it when booking.com asked them to. It was clear they were not fully booked nor had anyone stayed in this room recently. There were ants in the bathroom and you could tell it had been empty for awhile. I was there at 12:40pm, so very early.  They still had not had everyone check into the room I was supposed to have yet they still forced it upon me. I did book early so got a lower rate than the current rate which is likely why they gave me a bad room. They probably hoped I would cancel so they could give it to a higher paying person, but I had no where else to go. The bathroom window will not close so mosquitos and heat and noise get in. The air conditioner a/c does not work well and takes an extremely long time to cool. The hot water does not last long and smells very bad. The shower shelf broke off.

Pros:

The hotel is well situated, there is an elevator to access the highest floors. The room is very clean, quiet and convenient. Clean bathroom, toiletteries. Linen and towels are neat.

Cons:

The personnel is unprofessional. I reveived a message telling me that there was a mistake from them and that they would have to cancel my booking, before receiving another one a few minutes later telling me that finally there was one available. I asked for laundry, and the guy knocked loudly at my door the next day at 7 in the morning to deliver it, and the laundry was covered in bits of tissue, so I had to redo it completely. Also, I forgot my umbrella there, but they never called me to return it...

Pros:

Good location. The young woman at the front desk was attentive, friendly and helpful. Good Wifi. The shower had good water pressure and available hot water. Quiet.

Cons:

The room was small. Ants were present on the wooden cabinets. Pictures in the listing were not of the same room. There was always a less than pleasant odor in the lobby.

Well located, daily cleaning with fresh towels, very close to good restaurants, walkable to the beach, great pillows!

Cons:

Wifi wasn’t reliable. There’s a lot of construction across Da nang so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll hear that plus a dogs barking at sunrise

Pros:

Excellent location and extremely quiet 😃 used hotels moped and my son learned to navigate through the 🏙️ within hours. Moped to Ba Na hills, on the way you see a rural side. Took just over a hour to get there. Don't miss out on Ba Na hills !! 1 of the best Balmis we had right outside hotel.

Dobrá lokalita. Čistý izba každý deň upratané. Určite si vyberajte izbu z balkónom. Je tam veľa svetla a čerstvý vzduch. Okno v kupelni je taktieš veľmi praktické.

Excellent location. Nice rooms (we stayed here twice). Needs very comfortable.

Cons:

The price you are quoted is only if you pay cash. If you pay by debit or credit card, they add 3%. Although 3% of what you pay is not really very much, it is the principle of the matter.
