Pros:

Très bon accueil et échange avant d'arriver. L'hotel est très bien situé pour visiter. Personnel très agréable. Très belle chambre avec un petit réfrigérateur. Située à l'étage, elle était plutôt récente avec un balcon donnant sur le jardin à l'arrière avec vue sur le lac, la petite plage et la montagne. Excellent petit déjeuner très varié et à volonté. Grande terrasse du restaurant de l'hotel très agréable et le personnel du restaurant est très serviable. Parking sur place appréciable. Excellente ambiance et calme de l'ensemble. A noter qu'il y a un spot pour le kitesurf et planche à voile. Nous recommandons cet hotel sans hésiter.

Great Hotel which really made a difference to our stay in Como - well recommended
Pros:

Really nice hotel in a great location. By the lake but still a bit farther away from the noisy Menaggio, which is what you would need to relax when you are in Lake Como.
