제가 투숙한 객실과 관련하여 아래와 같은 문제가 발생하여 불만을 접수하고자 합니다.

첫째, 객실 내에 사용 흔적이 있는 오래된 슬리퍼가 비치되어 있었는데, 그 이유를 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 해당 객실에 이전에 투숙했던 사람이 질병이 있었는지 여부를 알 수 없어 위생적인 측면에서 큰 우려가 되었습니다.

둘째, 옆 객실 욕실에서 물이 새는 소리와 매우 작은 객실에 비치된 냉장고의 지속적인 소음으로 인해 밤에 제대로 잠을 자거나 휴식을 취할 수 없었습니다.

셋째, 객실 크기가 지나치게 작아 노트북을 펼쳐 놓고 앉아 작업할 공간조차 없었습니다.

위와 같은 사유로 인해 편안한 휴식과 업무가 어려웠던 점을 전달드리며, 향후 이러한 문제가 재발하지 않도록 각별한 조치를 부탁드립니다.

Hello,

I am writing to submit a complaint regarding several issues related to the room I stayed in.

First, I did not understand why old and visibly used slippers were placed in the room. Since it was unclear whether the previous guest had any illness, this raised serious concerns regarding hygiene.

Second, I was unable to sleep or rest properly due to continuous noise from water leaking in the neighboring room’s bathroom, as well as constant noise from the refrigerator placed in the very small room.

Third, the room was extremely small, making it impossible to even open my notebook and sit comfortably to work.

Due to these issues, my ability to rest and work comfortably was significantly affected. I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to prevent such problems from occurring again in the future.

日本式のホテル、スタッフも日本語を理解して安心。
朝食も美味しくゆったりしてモンゴルらしい料理もあり満足。最初、ホテルの場所が分かりにくくタクシーの運転手ですら迷い時間がかかりました。
相対的に快適なホテルでした。

両替やタクシー手配も含めて、頼めばやってくれるのだが、スタッフ数と対応可能なサービスが乖離しているものと推測される。
