Pros:

日本語対応がほぼ完ぺき。日本人にはありがたい。大浴場、サウナがあり疲れがとれる。朝食ビュッフェもおいしい。近くに24時間コンビニもあり便利。シングルルームだけど十分広さがあったし清潔。

Cons:

周りに坂道があり夜で歩くのでちとめんどくさい。

Convenience and comfort in a central location
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located with shops and banking nearby. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel was neat. The room was modest in size while comfortable. Breakfast started at 6am which was convenient. The hotel was good value. The city is quite safe to walk around.

Cons:

The WiFi was a problem. The initial connection did not work in the room and was weak even in the lobby. At first they said nothing could be done but a day later they sent someone to my room and put me on a different connection which worked. The hotel was full and I think they were having a capacity problem. I appreciated that the staff dealt with the problem.

ロビーから西館までの階段廊下は改善してほしい。重い荷物を持ってアップダウンはきつい。小さいスロープならすぐできるのでは。

Good hotel for stay in UB.
Pros:

Good hotel in a good location. Close to the city center - just a 15-minute walk. Pleasant and safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was tasty and had many options. Good hotel for a stay in Ulaanbaatar.

いゃあ～、日本の会社もモンゴルで頑張ってる

日本の会社とモンゴルの会社の共同の設立だとは、ホテルに着くまで知りませんでした。
スタッフの方に日本語を話されるかたもみえて。
へぇー、こんなところも有るんやと思いました。
