Good hotel for stay in UB.
Pros:

Good hotel in a good location. Close to the city center - just a 15-minute walk. Pleasant and safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was tasty and had many options. Good hotel for a stay in Ulaanbaatar.

いゃあ～、日本の会社もモンゴルで頑張ってる
Pros:

日本の会社とモンゴルの会社の共同の設立だとは、ホテルに着くまで知りませんでした。
スタッフの方に日本語を話されるかたもみえて。
へぇー、こんなところも有るんやと思いました。

大浴場が気持ち良くて日本語が通じるホテル！
Pros:

大浴場がとても良かった。帰国前に入浴させていただきました。気持ちよかったです！

Cons:

チェックアウト後に大浴場を利用しましたが、お値段がちょっと高かったです。宿泊客割引をしていただけると嬉しいのになぁと思いました。

個人旅行者には不向きかも。
Pros:

日本的な仕様の銭湯があったこと。湯温もちょうど良く、疲れが取れた。朝のバイキングが良かった。

Cons:

日本の資本の入ったホテルと聞き、日本的なサービスや日本語を使えるかと期待したが、そうではなく、無愛想なスタッフもまあまあおり（普通のモンゴルのホテルではあることだが）そして日本語の話せるスタッフも自分の時はいなかった。中心部は徒歩圏内ではなく、また坂を少し登った所にある。

Pros:

This is my third time staying here. It is a comfortable and relatively clean hotel with lots of amenities. The location is very good. There is Emart just across the street and lots of different restaurants nearby. There are three restaurants and a cafe in the hotel that are also quite decent. The Japanese spa is very good. I got a massage at the spa and highly recommend it. Very clean and super nice service. The price was not much more expensive than other places.

Cons:

They dont have a central AC/heating so it could be a bit warm in the room but the portable fan was helpful in combination of opening the window. While I was staying the electricity went out a couple of times. This is normal in Mongolia. The atitude of staff are a bit strange. Not really service oriented but this might be how people are in Mongolia. Those that spoke English were not super kind and those that were very kind did not speak very good English.

Good price and good location
Pros:

It’s very affordable and it’s right across the road from a big supermarket. The staff were super helpful. I bought a bus pass from CU and it made the whole city very accessible.
