Pros:

- helpful staff
- clean and comfortable room, daily cleaning service
- very good restaurants and wellness center on the ground floor of the hotel

Cons:

- not the best location, maybe 25 mins walking to the city center. Taking a taxi isn't worth it due to the heavy traffic in the city
- I expected more from the breakfast :(

Pros:

Excellent breakfast in the location nearby client's office, free parking for guests. Sauna during usual working hours included in the price too.

Cons:

During the short 3-day stay the very first day passed without hot water supply in the bathroom along with no discount from the hotel. Wi-Fi is unstable at the final rooms in the E-wing of the building, making it impossible to use. Art shop personnel should be called separately through reception even during regular working hours.
Housekeeping is fictitious: sticky stains on the door from inside the room, the glasses in the room have never been washed.
Despite their outward politeness and apparent willingness to help, the reception staff is completely unprofessional and makes gross errors in payments, creating an overall negative impression of the hotel.
The soundproofing in the rooms is minimal, so even the conversations of neighbors until late at night prevent a hotel guest tired after a long journey from getting a good night's sleep.

Номер был немного уставший. Дверь в туалет была, кажется, один раз в прошлом выбита. Нашел скомканные одноразовые тапочки от предыдущего посетителя в углу: при уборке не заметили

I will try to look for somewhere else as this was quite pricey. No discount or a long stay of 20 day
Pros:

Breakfast had a good range. Toaster was often unplugged and I had to plug it in.

Cons:

The carpets were dirty and had hairs on them. The bathroom shower needed conditioner as the water was hard. They shifted me because of maintenance but with my new room they re carpeted the hallway and did other things.

Pros:

Номера чистые уютные, приехала на 3 дня, долго искала отель нашла этот. Цена хорошая соответствует качеству. Еда вкусная но однообразная! Есть все необходимое. Холодильник, морозильник, кондиционер, телевизор, понравилось то что там есть японская баня (Онсен) и он бесплатный для гостей этого отеля,. Отлично провела время

Cons:

Единственный минус это то что находится он далеко от центра и красивые места посетить было очень сложно. Так как была одна и было страшно посещать достопримечательности к тому была на деловом поездке. И еще минус то что убираются своей системой эко-уборка(первые 2 дня сухая(не входит пылесос, мытье полов в ванной только, 3 день влажная, итп) и еще вид не на горы были у меня а на небоскребы.
