Stay at the Leonardo Hotel Christchurch instead staff needs work.

Room was clean & comfortable, nice shower.

Staff needs work; I booked a room that said it came with breakfast but low & behold I didn’t get breakfast, I stood at the bar wanting to get a drink & the person working the bar walked past twice. I wasn’t offered a mini fridge or microwave (if that is available) I heard the fridge offered to another person but even the booking details didn’t mention that as an option. I will go to the Leonardo Hotel again but not here. Tv had horrible reception. No was cloths? Who doesn’t use wash cloths?

Super, určitě doporučujeme!
Pros:

Moderní a čisté prostředí. Personál byl neskutečně milý a nápomocný. Snídaně byly vynikající.

Cons:

Při úklidu byly použité hrnky a lžičky pouze postaveny zpátky na tácek, ale nebyly umyté. Možná to není povinnost úklidu, ale trochu nás to zaskočilo.
