Camera ampia e confortevole, buona colazione

Cons:

La camera era al primo piano della palazzina interna all'hotel, ma senza ascensore. Le finestre del bagno non si potevano aprire perchè davano sull'interno dell'hotel. Il parcheggio con valet è costoso e comporta attese

Very relaxing clean hotel.

Cleanliness.

Cons:

Early closure of outside relaxing area. Room service meals are not very good and they are delivered VERY late. I lost 50 euros because of a meal that was delivered too late for us to use it.

La chambre était très bien.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste qui nous a reçu était particulièrement antipathique, on avait l'impression de le déranger.
Nous étions au 2ième étage et pas d'ascenseur .C'est une honte au prix où on paie une chambre dans cet établissement 4 étoiles.
Le parking de l'hotel est payant.29€ la nuit ce qui n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation.

Cons:

Staff was not the friendliest.
The restaurant area ‘lobby’ was not clean.
One morning sat for breakfast, table was not clean , crumbs on the chairs , hair in bread dish.
