Pros:

I stayed 3 nights on business. No room service,(( bedmaking or sink cleaning.) That may be the norm for independent smaller places.
The staff were so wonderful and patient, I dont speak spanish & we had fun using Google translate!. Constantly cleaning the balcony sidewalks which were polished marble tiles. Very very Slippery When Wet. I dislocated my left big toe, as a result of a wet tile and a sandal. I'm including this just as a precaution to watch your step. It was a great little independent Hotel I would stay there again and like I said the people were very very pleasant oh, sweet, and accommodating

Pros:

Mejorar el servicio de la cocina, tiene que ser mas rápido, después de pedir un menú a la media hora me comunicaron que no tenían lo que pedí, Después pedí un chichoron de pollo y fue lamentable lo que me llevaron a la mesa.
