Kötüydü. 3 kişilik oda için konaklama ücreti ödedim. Kapıya geldiğimizde otel adının farklı olması ile başladı işler. Yan sokağında soldaki 2. Yada 3. Binada idi odam. 2 kişilik çatı katı odası çıktı. Görüntülerden çok daha küçük bir oda yenş silinmişti bardaklar yatak temizdi geç geldiğim ve yorgun olduğum için oda farklı çıkınca ses çıkarmadım. Ancak gece işin rengi değişti kokan lavabo gideri kokusundan 3 te filan uyandım camlar açık havluları gidere kapatıp sabahlamak zorunda kaldım. İğrenç bir deneyim di kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Duş alanı güzel ve yeniydi fakat tuvalet kapağı kırıktı. Pencere kırıktı. Yatak nevresim takımı kirliydi. Aldığımız hizmetin tek güzel yanı check inde ve check outtda personelin ilgisiydi. Otopark sorunu yok yer bulabiliyorsunuz akşamları

Barrio muy feo, habitación con olor a humedad muy fuerte. Baño casi sin nada. Cama sucia. Personal muy bueno. Desayuno malo.

Cleanliness was okay. We stayed in a small building where one floor consists of one small flat only.

ไม่ได้เข้าพักที่นี่ เพราะ ที่พักมีปัญหาพอดี แต่ทางที่พักก็จัดการหาที่พักใหม่ให้ใกล้ป้ายรถเมล์กว่าเดิม ที่พักใหม่จำชื่อไม่ได้ แต่ว่าบริการดีมาก ให้ฝากกระเป๋าหลังเชคเอ้าท์ แล้วยังแถมอาหารเช้าให้ด้วย แต่ที่พักที่นี่ก็ดูจะโอเค ดูสะอาด พนักงานน่ารักมาก คุยเก่ง อัธยาศัยดี เอาของมาให้กินเล่นระหว่างรอไปที่พักที่หาชดเชยให้ ประทับใจค่ะ :)

The hosts guys were very helpful,

Almost good; however, it is recommended more for solo travelers or couples, because it has not lift (you need to use the stairs), and there is a steepy way. It is close to Istaklal Street (this is good). It is located in an old area where few buildings have been deserted. It is small. The lady (Malika) who cleans the hotel is a great respectful lady. Thanks to her. The receptionist was kind with me as he allowed me to stay in the room for about hour more before chckout and kept my luggage downstairs for about four hours after checkout. The price was reasonable.

In addition to the good price the place is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Taksim square and has a friendly staff.

Hello. I want to inform you about this terrible travel.
When I arrived at the NEVA FLATS, the receptionist didn't know about my reservation.
He told me that did't receive my reservaton from cheat ticket.
So, I went to some terrible basement room of another hotel.
I could not find sunlight at all, the shower stall was broken, there was no hot running water and I could hardly sleep for the noise.

I want to know who's responsible for this. cheap ticket or neva flats?
I'm wondering if I can get a refund on this problem.

when I went to the hotel with confirmation booking,they told me we cancelled this booking. and they asked me to pay more money to stay at hotel. This is how they deal with foreigners.
