It was fun. A relaxing vacation

Didn’t know there was breakfast

Cons:

Telling about amenities at front desk. Was there breakfast?
Checking in with guest who are there multiple days Like housekeeping. Shouldn’t have to go down to front desk everyday I needed towels for 5 people

Rooms not like picture on Booking. Cheap furniture in room. No laundry in room as shown in pictures. Room not ready upon arrival, had to wait 40min, had just picked up groceries. Room near elevator, someone would knock on our door and run after 9pm 2 nights in a row

Would stay again if it was mold free
Pros:

It was oceanfront so thats always a plus!

Cons:

There was mold buildup on the outside of the tub, the tub did not look cleaned up at all and still had hair in it as well as some water (like someone took a shower and it wasn’t wiped out), the pull out sofa bed’s cover didn’t fit correct so it kept shifting, and the bedroom was hard to walk through as the dresser was way too close to the bed. We had to lift our suitcases over the beds :/

Okay. We like coming to NMB but not sure if I would stay here again
Pros:

Convenient to places we like to go like Barefoot Landing. Great access to the beach.

Cons:

Floors were dirty. Pillows very uncomfortable. Even though this was a smoke free facility the hallway on the 8th floor smelled like cigarettes. There was also a skunky smell in the hallway that I am assuming was weed. Folks staying across the hall slammed doors instead of shutting them.

Loved the location, not happy with the accomadations.
Pros:

We loved the location, and the restaurants were amazing we had great meals. The view from our room was amazing.

Cons:

The beds in our room were horrible. We tried all three of them. The two in the bedroom sagged in the middle, so we spent all night hanging onto the edge of the bed so we wern't rolling over each other. The murphy bed in the living room was a bit better, but had a plastic bed cover on it so we sweated all night. We couldn't swim in the pool or hot tubs as they were always packed with children playing. We wished the pool in the Northern tower was working.

Bay Watch Resort Review
Pros:

The BayWatch Resort was on the beach and gave you a beautiful view. All of the staff was very courteous and friendly.

Cons:

I wanted a King Size bed for my one bedroom suite but was given two double beds which I wasn't able to switch or exchange before check-in.

Very dissatisfied with this property. Don't take small children because there is chipped paint throughout the home, posing several health hazards. The pools in tower 1 are inoperable and the elevator in the parking deck doesn't work, prepare to walk flights of stairs when leaving or returning to the property. The parking deck stairs are filthy and looks like it hasn't been pressure washed in years, wreaks of urine. When complaining to vacasa and booking.com, neither company wanted to take ownership of the misleading listing. Eventually, i was compensated with a $56 amenities discount due to the pools being inoperable, not even a full days stay, 4 days/$800. Not worth the rate at all.
