The view from the balcony are beautiful, the room was very comfortable, breakfast is good and also the dinner. It was our second visit to this hotel and we would like to visit it again.

Alles sehr sauber und funktionell. Grosses Zimmer mit grossem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Gutes grosses Restaurant mit breiter Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück ok, aber nichts überdurchschnittliches. Es fehlt dem Hotel etwas an Charme (ist alles prima, aber halt eher praktisch ausgerichtet).

Hôtel très bien très belle vue mais parcours tortueux.
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable
Très belle vue sur le lac de Lugano , la ville et les massifs enneigés 🤩

Cons:

L’itinéraire : bien se laisser guider par le GPS car tortueux !
On se demande si on va arriver à destination 🥵!

Pros:

We were upgraded to the room with the balcony and view on the lake and it was amazing. During the night there were lots of lights and in the morning we saw the lake itself, together with the sunny weather looks amazing. Even we arrived in the late evening and it's not only hotel but also a restaurant, we found parking place. In the morning parking was almost empty. Room is clean, nothing to complain about, we staid only one night

Cons:

Breakfast is served till 10.00 but at 9.30 some food is already finished and there is no more, so if you are coming after 09.30 there is a chance that you can eat only what is left as they don't keep ready food till the end of breakfast
