Pros:

Good location and decent enough considering the price.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit run down and dirty. I had a bug on the bed and the sheets gave me an itch i had to sleep in my clothes.

I don't recommend, it's better to find hostel of some sort.
Pros:

Location was nice, center of the city. Cheap.

Cons:

Acoustics – you can hear every conversation outside your room and every toilet flush. The walls in the room were dirty. The sheets were clean, but the pillows had yellow stains visible through the pillowcases. The shower was leaking, and someone had used duct tape to cover it. It's not a 3 star hotel at all.
