мы пробыли тут 6 дней, очень понравился отель и персонал. завтрак был вкусный, номер чистый, администраторы отличные! встретил нас администратор Эркан, всё обговорили. у меня были проблемы со снятием денег и оплатой, но он помог и оплата была сделана 👍🏻

горничные тоже хорошо справляются со своей работой! очень доброжелательные и понимающие. убирались каждый день, меняли полотенца.

завтрак это отдельная тема, это был шведский стол, овощи свежие, хлебы тоже. масло очень вкусное, ела каждый день!

Cons:

свет в номере был немного тусклый, но мы сразу же засыпали как приходили, не могу сказать, что это испортило нашу поездку.

Хорошее соотношение цены , прекрасное отношения персонала к жильцам
Pros:

Очень понравилось обслуживание персонала, они умеют слушать клиента и все вопросы которые решали были - решались сразу. Конечно же огромное спасибо Эркану.

Cons:

Отель расположен в хорошем месте, с прекрасной транспортной развязкой, но к сожалению из за количества туристов очень шумно, хотя для нашей семьи этот вопрос Эркан решил.

Séjour exceptionnel au Maxwell Hotel !

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été vraiment au top dès mon arrivée, avec une équipe chaleureuse et professionnelle. Un grand merci à Erkan, qui s’est occupé de moi à la réception : très sympathique, attentif et toujours prêt à aider, ça fait vraiment la différence !

La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter d’Istanbul, tout est facilement accessible.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation, autant pour la qualité des services que pour l’ambiance agréable. Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour, et particulièrement à Erkan pour son professionnalisme !

El recepcionista del hotel, Erkan, fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo para que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor posible. Siempre atento a sus huéspedes. El desayuno tradicional turco estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Por las noches puede haber un poco de ruido dado que el hotel se encuentra en la misma calle que un famoso bar/pub local donde se reúne gente cada noche. Aunque no dificulte el sueño de los huéspedes, en general, las personas con el sueño ligero se pueden ver más afectadas. El hotel, a base de recogida de firmas, está intentando resolver este problema.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Maxwell Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und sehr angenehm. Das Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Erkan bedanken, der uns an der Rezeption sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Man merkt, wenn Menschen ihre Arbeit mit Herz machen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Breakfast was very limited with poor selection, and the dining area is small and difficult to access. Although centrally located, the immediate surroundings are extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep before 4 a.m., so it’s not suitable for families with children.

La sua posizione abbastanza centrale sia per la vita notturna sia per quella diurna essendo a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni e mezzi turistici.

Cons:

Era sporca , le foto non combaciavano con la realtà dei fati, le lenzuola erano sporche e non sono state cambiate come scritto , la signora delle pulizie non ha mai pulito la nostra stanza .

Della struttura mi É piaciuta la posizione , super strategica sia di giorno che di notte , puoi raggiungere tutto a piedi molto facilmente .

Cons:

La stanza davvero piccola e sporca, il nostro lavandino nel bagno si É allagato la prima sera ed É stato per noi un vero problema, le pulizie venivano fatte ma non pulivano il pavimento , le foto su Booking sono un po diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato.

Πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις δημόσιες επιλογές μεταφοράς.

Cons:

Συνεχείς διακοπές νερού στο μπάνιο, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει δυσκολία για οποιαδήποτε χρήση του. Το πιστολάκι των μαλλιών στο μπάνιο, είχε κομμένο καλώδιο, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι επικίνδυνο. Τους ενημέρωσα, και μου έδωσαν ένα άλλο, που το χρησιμοποίησα. Επίσης το ασανσέρ πήγαινε μέχρι τον 4ο όροφο και εμάς μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο στον 5ο όροφο.
