Pros:

A very good location, actually one of the best. It's accessible by car just right infront of hotel so that helped us to easily bring our luggage in. Considering the very good location , not all the hotels in Istiklal street are accessible by car. But Maxwell hotel has this option which is very important. Also amazing staff. Very good people and anything we needed was availabe easily. Breakfast was lovely , fresh and clean and water pressure in the shower was very good as well. Totally if this hotel is fair to your budget , it is highly recommended.

Cons:

Some people may have problem with the noise in the street , but you need to know that you are choosing to stay in such district that life is going on all night long and this is the nature of this area. So if you have problem with noises then you'd better not to stay in istiklal street at all. I used earpods and had no problem sleeping. Infact I loved seeing people enjoying their life and celebrating it every night. So I feel humble to this happiness . You pay based on your budget and I think all facilities were fair enough, sometimes better than what I paid for.

The room was small, 2 beds crammed in a room, everything was broken, smelly and one of the beds had bugs crawling on it. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. It should be removed from booking.com platform.

Pros:

We had a great stay at Maxwell hotel. The location is very good, the bus station is very near and it’s also walkable to many touristic attractions.
The staff is very friendly and so easy to communicate. Erkan even allowed us to check in early and thank you once again for that😊 they also gave us instructions about transportation, answered all of our questions and were super helpful.
It was a nice place to stay and I will book it again when I come back to Istanbul.

Comfy and Safe stay!
Pros:

The location is just behind Istiklal street, and the bus station is 1 min away by foot, it is an excellent location.
The breakfast is a typical turkish style and very healthy.
Erkan is very welcoming and cheerful with guests so is the staff.
I highly recommend this place.

Nella norma ok il portone era in ristrutturazione ed era quindi un cantiere

Posizione ok, ma abbiamo avuto problemi con il pagamento e siamo stati costretti a pagare in contanti e in €

Cons:

Stanze piccole non ci sono armadi, l’acqua all’inizio era gialla bagno datato, la colazione da migliorare sicuramente
