Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de laatste dag heeft receptionist Erkan ons nog geholpen met vervoer naar de luchthaven. De locatie is zeer centraal gelegen. Mocht je geen interesse hebben in het uitgaansleven, negeer dat dan en je bevindt je in het centrum van Istanbul.

Cons:

Er viel ons wat betreft het hotel weinig tegen.
Op Google en Booking staan wat negatieve berichten over dit hotel m.b.t. geluidsoverlast en het ontbijtbuffet. Daarover het volgende: er is in de omgeving inderdaad geluidsoverlast i.v.m het uitgaansleven. Oordopjes zijn dan heel behulpzaam. Als je dat vooraf weet, hoeft dat geen groot minpunt te zijn voor dit hotel.
Het ontbijtbuffet was inderdaad eenvoudig, maar als je op tijd ontbijt, is er van alles te kiezen en is het ontbijt zeer passend bij de prijs voor dit hotel.

Everything was good
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The highlight of our stay was Erkan, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The hotel offers amazing value for the money, the breakfast was delicious and had a lovely homemade feel, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
